Kindly be informed that the Half-Yearly examination for Grades 9 to 12 students will commence as per the
below schedule.

The respective class teachers of Grades 11 & 12 will be emailing the timetable for students having special
subject combinations.
HALF YEARLY EXAM MARKS:
MI/IS - 40 MARKS (75 MIN)
ARABIC - 40 MARKS (75 MIN)
MSCS - 20 MARKS (40 MIN)
Other Subjects for Grades 9 & 10 - 80 Marks (Duration-3 Hrs.)
60/70/80 Marks - Grade 11 & 12 as pre CBSE Pattern (Duration-3 Hrs.)

II. School Timings:

Grades 9 to 12 Monday, 7th October to 7:30 a.m. to
Wednesday, 16th October 11:30 a.m.
In this connection, kindly make a note of the following:
1. BBT users will disperse along with KG1 students on the mentioned dates by 11:30 a.m. The
drop off timings will be approximately 2 ½ hours earlier than their regular drop off timing.
2. OT users can be picked up by 11:15 a.m. on the aforesaid dates.
Regular class:
Grades 9 to 12 - Regular classes will resume from Thursday, 17th October (11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m.) after the
exam with 5th/6th/7th periods.
III. Portal uploads:
• The portions for the exam will be uploaded on the Phoenix Classroom portal in a folder
named “Half-Yearly 2024” by Monday, September 9, 2024.
• Subject wise revision schedule & chapter wise revision worksheets will be uploaded between
26th to 29th September for revision week (October 1st - 4th).
Parents are requested to regularly check the Phoenix Classroom portal for updates and support their child
with the revision worksheets as per the teachers’ instructions and revision schedule so that the child can
productively utilize the class revision sessions effectively.
