regarging make and type from Engineer-in-Charge and their decission will be final. In case contractor wishes to used any alternate brand
due to non avalaibility of product than contractor shall submit name , specifications , rates along with samples to the Engineer-in-Charge
and if in his opinion Engineer-in-Charge feels better. Then only after the approval of Engineer-in-Charge contractor may use materials.
The Engineer-in-Charge reserve the right to permit or not to permit the material or make. Contractor is bounded to follow the decission of
Engineer-in-Charge.
