• Prior experience of working as BA/DA in a pharma engagement
• Analyze data issues reported by the business/SIT team, propose new
solutions / work arounds for addressing business / functional
requirements
• Work on data modelling for new data integrations & Identify and
analyse data issues/data model gaps for new enhancements/existing
solution
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Veeva, IQVIA data process and
structures & excellent understanding of Sales Marketing domain.
• Proven experience with gap analysis, benchmarking, trending, and root
causes.
• Collaborate and work with cross functional teams to align on
requirements / new market / BU data onboarding, perform impact
analysis.
• Organize and drive business process re-engineering initiatives, conduct
discovery discussions/ sessions / workshops, which includes the
facilitation and solution presentations.
• Perform business process modelling, data flow , user experience
modeling, and basic technical architecture diagramming for the entire
customer journey through various software systems.
• Identify and create an inventory of customer process pain points and
gaps in industry best practices in each of the functional areas.
• Create and groom all the requirements for each stakeholder groups
such as sales, finance, billing etc for current and future sprints and
understand development strategies.
• Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business
information into functional process components or specifications.
• Interpret technical and business strategy and enterprise application
roadmaps.
• Participate and guide customers through user acceptance test planning
and execution.
• An excellent understanding of Salesforce.com’s capabilities and
limitations. Ability to clearly communicate those to customers as a
trusted technology partner.
• Ability to work with and leverage multiple implementation team types
(User experience, Change Management, PMO, Developers and
Contractors).

Eligibility criteria

• Candidates graduating in 2025 with MBA / Executive MBA (Full time).


• At the time of joining, all recruits need to have a minimum 60% aggregate (all
subjects will be taken into consideration) in the pursuing degree with no
standing arrears.
• Students with standing arrears are NOT eligible to apply.
• Students who have applied for re-evaluation and are waiting for the results
would be considered with the initial result scores declared during hiring
process.
• Appropriate CGPA to % conversion to be considered as per university norms.
• Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing
and technology is mandatory.
• Open only to Indian nationals / Overseas Citizenship of India (OCIs).
• Candidates must not have any education & professional gap of more than
three years.
• Experienced candidates, including those from family-run businesses, must
provide proof of employment (e.g., ITR forms, Form 16, PF statements,
experience certificates) for background verification after accepting an offer.

Final decision on candidate screening, eligibility for assessments(if any), interviews and
final selection will be at the sole discretion of Cognizant.

Job title will be according to the business unit to which you are hired, and it will vary for
each business unit. However, your compensation & benefits will be consistent with your
assigned grade level.

Hiring process

Note: Candidates should have their college id, educational certificates and marksheets ready for the process.

Student information
Mandatory documents for registration:
• Resume (maximum of 2 pages) with a high-resolution passport size photograph. Please note that
the photograph should be clicked in a light background and both the ears of the candidates must
be visible.
Mandatory documents for interview
• All academic documents including the college ID card, and school/college UG mark sheets.
Mandatory documents for onboarding
The final Cognizant onboarding would be subject to satisfactory background verification.
• PAN card - In the event that PAN card is not available, please apply for it. It is a mandatory
requirement for onboarding. Please ensure that your last name, father's name, and other details
are accurate. Please note that background verification will fail if the last name is not updated or if
the PAN card name does not match the registered name.
• Voter Id card / Passport will be mandatory to verify citizenship.
Please note: Students will get the communications only to the registered mail ID in Superset. It must
be their personal mail ID and shall be considered as the primary email ID. This email ID should not be
changed at any point during hiring process or until Full Time Employment (FTE) onboarding.
