Mr. Bhsakar Ji, Mr. Aman Ji and Mr. Divyansh Ji in line with above stated subject matter requirement.
Based on same, we are submitting herewith our Finalized Techno Commercial Proposal of Tank Jet Mixer
for your ready reference and kind consideration.

 We have considered working Volume of Tank as per HHLL Height provided by you in your Tanks
Drawings for all Tag Nos. Tanks and accordingly we are submitting herewith our revised Techno-
Commercial Bid for your reference and consideration. Also note Homogenous mixing confirmed
by us is upto HHLL only
 We will match Header/O-Ring Sizes as per mentioned in your Tanks Drawings.

We, Chem Process Systems Pvt. Ltd., are certificate holder for ASME U, National Board R & NB. Chem
Process has for many years held accreditation to ISO 9001:2015 this along with accreditation to ASME U
firmly places Chem Process at the top of the Quality ladder.

Traditionally, but certainly not exclusively, Chem Process concentrates on the oil refinery, petrochemical,
power generation, pharmaceutical, chemical, distilling, brewing and food processing industries, wherever

Brief Profile

Introduction

Chem Process Systems Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad, Gujarat State, India, is one of the leading suppliers of
Steam Jet Vacuum Equipment. The company designs, manufactures, tests and commissions a wide
variety of systems such as Steam Jet Ejectors, Thermo compressor, Surface Condensers, Steam Jet
Refrigeration Systems, Multiple Effect Evaporation Plants, Crystallizers, Zero Effluent Discharge Systems,
Steam Jet Heaters & Mixers, Desuper-heaters and many more.

Traditionally, but certainly not exclusively, Chem Process concentrates on the oil refinery, petrochemical,
power generation, pharmaceutical, chemical, distilling, brewing and food processing industries, wherever
these are located throughout India and also in the world. Consequent to our good manufacturing
practices and quality assurance schemes, our workshop and offices are ISO certified by DNV.

Vacuum Specialists

The Chem Process engineering team has extensive experience of more than 20 years in this highly
specialized area and they have closely worked on projects with the staff of international companies like
Lurgi GmBh, Uhde, Kvaerner Powergas (Davy Powergas), John Brown, Humphreys & Glasgow, Toyo
Engineering, Brown Boveri, Dupont, etc. In addition to a comprehensive range of standard equipment,
our team is able to apply their experience to respond quickly to provide highly efficient solutions to a
broad base of applications. Our employees have extensive knowledge of the vacuum industry

20% Advance against Submission of ABG and Balance 80% against material readiness/Inspection before
dispatch along with submission of 5% PBG (PBG will valid till Warranty Period)

Warranty
As per below:
1. To perform in accordance with the details specified in the heading “Design data” in this
quotation.
2. Against faulty materials and workmanship For a period of 24 months from date of
commissioning or 30 months from the date of supply whichever is earlier.

general terms and conditions of sale are attached to this quotation and apply to any resulting purchase
order unless agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are based on material prices and deliveries ruling at
date of tender.

Statutory & Regulatory Requirements


Compliance with any local government laws or regulations relating to location, use or the application of
service other than the service, for which the goods are sold, shall be the sole responsibility of the
purchaser. If due the specific nature of the application, you feel that any laws/regulations will apply,
please advise us accordingly. If applicable, compliance to such laws/regulations will be charged extra as
required.

Chem Process standard proprietary procedures which are based on sound engineering principles and
have been used successfully on many occasions for the design of similar equipment.
