One day before the Test
Dos:
• Have your last meal a little early- around 8 pm or minimum 12 hours
before the scheduled time of your appointment
Don’ts:
• Do not forget to have your regular medicines (if any) before retiring to
bed.
• You may consume water during the night, but do not have solid foods or
juices/tea/ coffee
On the day of Test:

• Carry appointment e-mail print out , copy of your valid photo ID Proof
and your Employee ID Card
• Reach the Hospital 10 min prior to your scheduled time
• Wear relaxed or comfortable clothing while your visit the hospital
• In case you are feeling uneasy or unwell, please contact your family
physician
Don’ts:
• Do not have your morning tea or breakfast
• If you are on regular/anti-diabetic medicines, please inform the
coordinator at the hospital as soon as your reach the place and do not consume them
till the blood sample is collected.
Reports:
Softcopies: Softcopy reports will be emailed to employees in 4-5 working days.
Hard Copies:
Hard Copies Can be collected by the Employee directly from the centre after five
working days from the health check-up done

- Maintain a safe distance from anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
- Don’t touch your eyes, nose or mouth.
- Cover your nose and mouth with your bent elbow or a tissue when you cough or
sneeze.
- Stay home if you feel unwell.
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical attention. Call
in advance to cancel the appointment.
