OBJECTIVES:
This activity aims to:

a. explain school class policies to parents;

b. promote understanding and friendship between teachers and parents and among
parents.
c. Elect Homeroom PTA officers

EXPECTED NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 41


ACTUAL NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 24

PART II
1. INTRODUCTION/RATIONALE

Parent-Teacher Association is one of the most significant organization in the


school community. To clearly communicate the student’s progress in school, it is very
important for the parents to attend with this kind of meeting for they will know the
academic status of their children.

2. NARRATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENT IN ACCORDANCE TRAINING/ACTIVITY


MATRIX/ SCHEDULE

The 7-Venus HRPTA conducted its first homeroom meeting. The meeting was
held in Amungan National High School-7-Venus classroom on August 2, 2024.
Before the meeting, the parents/guardians signed in the attendance form. The
parent/guardian took their seats. The meeting formally started with a welcome

meeting was the orientation for school and classroom policies, which were greatly
welcomed by all the parents. After the orientation, we moved to the election of
HRPTA officers. The result of the election of HRPTA officers, namely:
