Job Description – Junior/Fresher Business Analyst

Job Overview
We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Junior/Fresher Business Analyst to join our team working on
ERP products. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and
communication skills. As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in helping our organization make
informed decisions and improve operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals

Responsibilities
 Collaborate with BA lead or stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
 Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
 Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and use
cases.
 Conduct research and market analysis to support decision-making.
 Assist in the design and execution of user acceptance testing (UAT).
 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Requirements
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related
field.
 Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and methodologies.
 Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
 Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is a plus.
 Experience in ERP domain is a plus.
