CHALLENGES
.*Publicity: Members were unable to send out flyers, to invite their follow youths to
come participate in the Youth week program of the Parish.
.*Late Payment: The committee encountered late payment of movie tickets from
members, which resulted to an increase of unexpected number during the movie night.
Also, the projector for the movie night had issues which took time to fix in before the
movie started.
.*Committee members: Few members of the committee had unconcerned attitudes
and were ineffective during the period of planning and also at the youth week program.
Also, making the work burdensome on the Chairperson and few other persons’.
Committee members must offer willingness and selfless service in ensuring a proper
planning for a successful event.
.*Parish Efforts: The Parish should endeavor to encourage the efforts of Youths. Parents
are further advised to allow their children and youths that are of aged to attend
programs so as to socialize and meet up with other Youths, Parish activities and also at
the deanary and archdiocesan levels.
. *Members participation: The committee encouraged and persuaded members to
participate and also at the sales of the movie tickets so they can invite their friends who
are willing to attend.
At the end of all process, the invited youths which are members from the Outstation
(OLQN) had a large number than the number expected from the Parish.
. *Late approval: The committee experienced disappointment and late response from
the second speaker for Seminar on civil duties.
To avoid more confusions at the moment the committee had to shift some of the
activities to cover up the vacant time for that particular day.
RECOMMENDATIONS
In order to have a standard and higher rate of success in subsequent Parish activities
such as Youth week, Seminars and all other activities of CYON. We are making the

and also work with the committee when needed especially during the time of the
