1. Introduction

IC Markets (EU) Ltd (hereinafter the “Company”) is a Cyprus Investment Firm authorized and
regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under license number
362/18, incorporated under Cyprus Company Law with Company Registration Number: ΗΕ
356877 and with registered office 38 Karaiskaki, Kanika Alexander CTR, Block1, Floor1, Flat
113B, 3032, Limassol.

2. Definition

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer that are created by the websites you visit

functionality on the website, facilitate site security and provide the business with marketing
