VI. RATIONALE:

Engaging the youth of Barangay Colonia in sports activities


provides numerous benefits, including promoting physical health,
building teamwork, and fostering discipline. Sports help improve
fitness, boost self-confidence, and teach essential life skills like
leadership, time management, and resilience. By providing a safe
and structured environment, these activities offer an alternative to
negative behaviors, encourage social cohesion, and create a sense
of pride and unity within the community. Ultimately, sports can
empower youth, promote inclusivity, and contribute to the overall
well-being of Barangay Colonia.

VII. OBJECTIVES:
The activity aims to attain the following:

i. Promote physical health and fitness.


ii. Develop teamwork and social skills.
iii. Build self-confidence and leadership.
iv. Instill discipline and time management.
v. Provide a positive outlet for energy.
vi. Strengthen community engagement and unity.
vii. Enhance cognitive abilities and academic performance.
viii. Foster inclusivity and community pride.
