Sample Company Profile
Owner Johanna Shandy served as a pioneer of cultural gentrification when she opened the
café nearly a decade ago. Her father established the family’s business in Palao Market about 30
years ago. Johanna runs the café with her 2 sons. The café has 10 employees and seats 50 in its
60 meter location. Menu offers freshly baked pastries and desserts, homemade pastas,
breakfast, salads and various gourmet main courses like the famed Boullabaise dish.

Objectives to provide accessible, quality education that prepares students for the challenges
of the 21st century. Rules and regulations
1. Student Behavior: Students are expected to demonstrate respect towards peers, teachers, and
school staff. Bullying, cheating, and disruptive behaviors are strictly prohibited.
2. Attendance: Regular and punctual attendance is mandatory. Absences and tardiness must be
justified with valid reasons.
3. Uniform Policy: Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform unless exceptions
are granted.
4. Use of Facilities: School property and facilities should be used responsibly. Vandalism and misuse
are subject to disciplinary actions.
5. Participation in Activities: Engagement in curricular and extracurricular activities is encouraged to
promote holistic development.

ACTIVITY 15 | COMPANY RULES AND REGULATION

School Rules (Simplified)
1. Students must reach school on time, at least 10 minutes before the bell rings.
2. Students can leave school 5 minutes after the last bell rings.
3. Parents should not encourage their children to skip school without a valid reason.
4. Students should behave well and greet their teachers inside and outside the school.
5. Parents should teach their children to respect teachers and not criticize them in front of their
children.
6. Students must wear proper and neatly ironed uniforms.
7. Parents cannot visit classrooms directly; they must go through the Principal if they have any
message.
8. Any bad behavior by students will be punished strictly.
9. Students must inform the school if they are absent, or they will be fined ₹5.
10. Students should bring their school diary every day.
11. Students must take care of school property.
12. Students cannot bring musical watches, mobile phones, or valuable items like jewelry to school.
13. Students cannot leave the school without the Principal’s permission.
14. Parents should check their child’s diary every day and write comments if needed.
15. Parents should make sure their children study at home for at least 2 hours daily.
16. Students must wear the school uniform exactly as prescribed. Extra items are not allowed.

Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K TO 12 Basic Education Program).
