deposited into our account will attract a 1.5% cash deposit fee .
CONSENT
1. The Applicants consent in term of the Protection of Personal information Act No.4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), to the collecting, storing and processing
their personal information for the purpose of considering the applicant suitability to enter an agreement of lease, and any matters ancillary thereto.
2. The Applicant agrees that the Landlord/Property Practitioner may:-
2.1) Obtain information from a current or past Landlord and Property Practitioner concerning the application behaviour profiles, payment
patterns, indebtedness, and any other information that the Landlord/Property Practitioner may deem appropriate.
2.2) Obtain information from the Applicant's employer to confirm employment detail, employment history and earnings.
2.3) Obtain information from any credit provider or registered credit bureau that may be necessary to assess the Applicants behaviour profiles,
payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts, and creditworthiness.
2.4) Furnish Information concerning the applicant behaviour profile, payment patterns, indebtedness, whereabouts and creditworthiness
to any registered credit bureau or to any credit provider.
3. The Applicant agrees that the personal information referred to above may be shared with the prospective Landlord and any other role
players necessary to consider and or give affect to this application, including but not limited to the Property Practitioners internal staff
employed for this purpose.
4. The Property Practitioner/s shall retain the parties' personal information for only as long as is necessary to give effect to this application
and any subsequent lease agreement entered into and to company with any legislation such as FICA and the Property Practitioners Act.
5. The Applicant has the right to object to the collection, processing and or retention of personal information and has the right to request
that the personal information be corrected or deleted or to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
