Pursuant to provisions of the laws of the State of Louisiana and particularly Title 30 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of
1950 as amended, and provisions of Statewide Order No. 29-N-1, notice is hereby given that the Injection & Mining Division
has prepared a Draft Permit for the application referenced below and that the Commissioner of Conservation will conduct
a public hearing to solicit comments on the Draft Permit. The hearing will be held at the Allen Parish Civic Center at 609
Tiger Lane in Oberlin, Louisiana at 6:00 pm on April 30, 2025.

At such hearing, the commissioner or his designated representative will give any interested person the opportunity to present
testimony, facts, or oral or written comments relative to the Draft Permit prepared in response to an application by:

ExxonMobil Low Carbon Solutions Onshore has applied to the Office of Conservation, Injection and Mining Division for
a permit to drill and complete a Class V Subsurface Stratigraphic Test Well in Section 34, Township 4 South, Range 5 West
of Allen Parish to acquire geotechnical information. The proposed well will be identified as Mockingbird IZM No. 001 and
will be utilized as a monitoring well. The well will be drilled to a depth of approximately 7,480 feet below ground level
(BGL) with geotechnical cores, fluid samples, pressure measurements, formation injectivity testing, and other applicable
information collected. The base of the lowermost underground source of drinking water (USDW) at this location occurs at
an approximate depth of 2,788 feet BGL.

A copy of the Draft Permit, fact sheet, or other information concerning the application may be obtained by writing to Scott
St. Romain, Office of Conservation, Injection & Mining Division, 617 North 3rd Street, 9th Floor, Baton Rouge, LA 70802
or by calling (225) 342-5517. The Draft Permit and fact sheet are also available for inspection between 8:00 A.M. and 4:30
P.M., Monday through Friday in the Injection & Mining Division Office, Rm. 817, of the LaSalle Building, 617 North 3rd
Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70802. In addition, the application package is available at the Louisiana Department of Energy
and Natural Resources, Class VI Carbon Sequestration website.

In accordance with Act 393 of the 2023 Louisiana Regular Section, accommodations will be provided upon request to

Interested parties may also submit written comments at any time prior to or during the public hearing. Written comments
