Eligibility criteria Mid-month:


 Target achievement >=35% for the current month till 15th of the month
 Full Monthly Target achievement is >=90%
 If 15th is Sunday/Holiday, 14th will be considered for mid month

* Any decision effecting any matter on Incentive payout whether or not expressly provided for shall rest solely with the discretion of management
Monthly brand incentives

Apresol Injection >= 30 Rs. 30 per unit

Bisoreg (Group) >= 50 Rs. 20 per unit

Stablanz MDS >= 50 Rs. 20 per strip

Dienille >= 50 Rs. 20 per strip

Hymelon >= 200 Rs. 20 per unit

UNOLOT >= 50 Rs. 20 per unit

Eligibility criteria
1. Secondary for the brand and Primary for the brand should be >= above mentioned slab,
Original Stock and Sales statement to be submitted. Payout will be made basis Primary Units achieved.

2. In the Subsequent month, need to achieve at-least 90% of previous month in Primary Sales and Secondary Sales
Eg: If we achieve 60 Apresol Inj units in March 2025, then we need to achieve at least 54 units of Apresol Injection in April 2025 as
well to achieve Brand Incentives.

Award Ceremony

Eligibility Criteria

1. Incentive would be calculated on 100% Net Primary Target Achievement AND 90% Primary Target Achievement in subsequent month.
(Subsequent month clause not applicable for Mid-month Incentives)
2. Incentive to be calculated on Net Sales (One time deduction)
3. Clause
a) 100% Secondary Target Achievement
b) >= 85% Target Achievement of Total of Arrow-Head Brands. (Not applicable for Mid-month, Product Incentive)
c) >=75% Compliance ( If there is a technical challenge in reporting a call, the same should be emailed to SFE Team (Raghvendra) with an approval from the line
manager the very same day. Delayed emails with call details will not be considered. (Not applicable for Mid-month, Product Incentive)
d) DOC <= 60 days. (Not applicable for Mid-month, Product Incentive) DOC = Closing / (monthly sales) x 30
4. If (any or all the clauses) are not achieved while the Primary clause and Subsequent month clause is achieved, 50% Incentive value will be paid.
5. PCPM Slabs to be calculated basis Net Sales
6. Employee to be in service for minimum 30 days to earn Incentives. Any incentive earned in the said period will be released after 45 days
7. Employee to be in service of the organization at the time of actual disbursement of incentive
8. For new joiners, if date of joining is on or before 7th of the month, Incentive eligibility will be applicable from the 01st of the month else Incentive eligibility will be
considered from 01st of next month.
9. Incentive payout will be done every alternate month
10. For Mid-month Incentives : -
a. a. Target Achievement >=35% till 15th of the current month
b. Full month Target Achievement should be >= 90%
c. If 15th is a Sunday / Holiday, 14th will be considered as Mid-month
d. Subsequent month not applicable.
