WHO: Reporting Person/Owner: Rodrigo Eubina Orig, married, businessman and a
resident of Brgy. Ibabang Palsabangon, Pagbilao Quezon.
Description of Motorcycle: Kawasaki Motorcycle with side car, bearing plate number –
D93OH, color Gray, engine no. BC15AEBBT789, Chassis no. BC17N – B2838,
HOW: At about ____ March __, 2025, the reporting person / owner personally reported
at this station that his motorcycle with sidecar described as above was missing and
presented a copy of its Certificate of Registration and picture. According to him, the
said motorcycle with side car was parked unattended at a vacant parking lot
approximately more or less 50 meters away from their house, situated at Brgy.
Binahaan and was discovered missing at about 7:00 AM of same date. The reporting
person reported the incident to the barangay and exerted effort to locate the
whereabouts of the said motorcycle but to no avail. If found, please contact us at
MTOC number 09985985764. For reference and request ack. Progress report to follow
Action Taken: This station is now coordinating with the Quezon HPG for validation of the
