OPINION

This pertains to the LETTER REQUEST FOR STEWARDSHIP by PATIN-AY LAWN TENNIS
CLUB, INC.

In view of the fact that the property is considered patrimonial, the same can be
considered as state owned though in its private capacity.

With this in view, the property can only be subject for stewardship or whatever terms
maybe under regular authority granted by the provincial board member.

It is respectfully suggested that the proponent of this letter should undergo regular
consultation with office of the provincial board member for proper legal disposition.
