Dear Ma’am/Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally inform you that I will not
be able to attend classes on February 26, 27 & 28 2025, as we, Tribo Ibayle, Big5
(Bacolod, Burabod, Linao, San Isidro, & San Vicente), Libon, Albay will be participating
in the Cagsawa Festival Street Dance Competition in Daraga, Albay.

This event is a significant cultural celebration, and my participation will not only
contribute to their personal growth but also represent our Municipality.
