RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE FOR THE


ALLOCATION OF FUNDS FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT -
CONCRETING OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD FROM SITIO TUNGA-TUNGA, BRGY.
SILOP TO BRGY. OROK, SURIGAO CITY, SURGAO DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, this Barangay desires to implement the above-entitled project which is one of the
priority projects;

WHEREAS, said project is one of the priority projects of this barangay, however it cannot be
realized due to insufficient funds;

WHEREAS, as there is no appropriation for this project, the Sangguniang Barangay resolved of
seeking assistance to the Office of City Agriculture for this matter.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Ricky T. Trongco, duly seconded by the presented it
was,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED, that this body now assembled in session, TO


RESPECFULLY REQUEST THE CITY AGRICULTURE OFFICE FOR THE ALLOCATION
OF FUND FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROJECT - CONCRETING OF FARM
TO MARKET ROAD FROM SITIO TUNGA-TUNGA, BRGY. SILOP TO BGY. OROK,
SURIGAO CITY, SURIGAO DEL NORTE.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the City Agriculture Office
for their information and appropriate action.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
