Schedule: All above listed programs follow a September to June academic school schedule.
• Elementary & Middle School Programs Hours: 7:50am – 2:55pm
• Toddler & Primary Program Hours: 8:25am – 3:05pm
• Half-day option: 11:30am pickup available for Toddler and Primary students (ages 3-4)
School closures: Quest is closed for all federal holidays and for three school breaks.
• Thanksgiving Break (3 days): Thanksgiving Day plus the Wednesday before and Friday after.
• Winter Break (2 weeks): The week of Christmas and New Year’s.
• Spring Break (2 weeks): The 2nd and 3rd week of March (with an optional week of camp)
Fees
One Time, Enrollment Fees (Non-Refundable)
• Application Fee: $75 – Due with student application
• Tuition Deposit: $800 – Due with enrollment contract
• New Family Fee: $500 – Due according to Payment Plan
Tuition Assistance: A limited amount of need-based assistance is available to off-set the cost of Elementary
and Middle School tuition. Families applying for tuition aid will need to complete an application and submit the
necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by April 30th, 2024. Applicants

Quest Care

Hours: Quest Care includes early drop-off at 7:50am and late pick-up until 4:30pm.
Schedule: Chosen days must remain consistent per term.
Payment: Follows the same schedule as your tuition payment plan.
EL/MS Fees: Additional fees may be assessed for special programs (i.e., Robotics, Cross Country,
etc.)
2024 Summer Program

Schedule: There will be no camp on Wednesday, June 19th and the week of July 1st-5th, Monday,
August 12th and Thursday, August 22nd and Friday, August 23rd.
Payment: Payment is due in full by June 1st.
Discount: Toddler and Primary students who register for 5-days of full year Quest Care and 9-
weeks of Summer Camp, will receive one full week of camp HALF-OFF!
Toddler and Primary Summer Camp Sign-ups: Current students will have the opportunity to
sign-up for Summer Camp in March 2024. Weekly sign-ups are based on availability. If space
allows, newly enrolled Toddler students and Primary students (ages 4-5) could sign up after the
deadline has passed for current students.
Elementary & Middle School Summer Camp: Weekly options will be made available in
March 2024.
