PROCEDURE:

1. The buyer will send a letter of intent (LOI) accompanied by proof of having the funds to make the supply
contract.
2. Once the LOI is received, the seller will return with a corporate offer (FCO) with all the information required to
support the business. Upon receipt of the FCO, the buyer will return a purchase order/supply contract with a
minimum validity of 12 months.
3. The letter of credit (SBLC) must be established with a TOP 50 bank.
4. The procedure and prices are non-negotiable.

DELIVERY TIME: 20 calendar days for delivery FOB port Cartagena or Barranquilla and then 10 more
calendar days to place material in CIF terms final port, plus the maritime transit time to the port of final
destination.
