As an Applied Psychology student with a strong interest in human behavior and organizational
dynamics, I have gained practical experience through an internship at Chugtai Lab. During this
role, I worked on HR tasks such as client acquisition, communication and relationship
management calls, employee onboarding, and various administrative processes. Applying
psychological insights to support people management, I am eager to bridge the gap between
psychology and professional environments and contribute to both individual and organizational
