INTRODUCTION (SIVA)

A school club is a group of students joint by common interests ,hobbies or goals. The
humanitarian and awareness clubs. This club providing students with the opportunity to explore
their interests outside the classroom activities while development a sense of reasonability and
kindness. Though about attractive activities for example, community inspirations , the club
allows students to connect with peers , develop social skills and spirit of kindness and awareness.
The humanitarian and awareness club its dedicated to promoting empathy , social reasonability
and community engagement. It offers a safe and supportive environment where students can
express themselves and contribute positively to society. The club focuses on a range of topics ,
including kindness , environmental awareness, and social issues, encouraging members proactive
and creating mindful citizens and upcoming generation. Participating in the (HAC) helps
students develop important life skills such as teamwork , leadership problem – solving .
Through collaborative projects and community service , members learn to communicate
effectively , make thoughtful decision and manage responsibilities. Leadership roles within the
club, such as president or project planner provide valuable experiences in organizing events ,
guiding peers and a cooperative spirt. These skills are vital for future academic and professional
success.

Moreover, the humanitarian and awareness club promoting about socialization and
personal growth. It provides a welcoming space where students can form meaningful friendships
and feel and sense of belongings . by interacting with peers from diverse backgrounds, members
gain new perspectives and learn the importance of empathy and inclusion .this club’s activities
encourage self-confidents , expression and this clubs helping to students build up and exploring
their interests and potential career paths.

In conclusion, the humanitarian and awareness club play a central role in enchasing
students educational experiences by providing opportunism for personal growth and community
for student’s society. Through meaningful activities leadership development and social
engagement the club empowers students to make positive difference while preparing them future
overcome from future challenges. Joining the (HAC) allows students to learn, grow, and
contribute to better real-life world all while development a sense of community and fitting .

OBJECTIVE (KAILA)

The Humanitarian and Awareness Club encourages students to engage in community


service projects in order to foster empathy and social responsibility. By means of out reach
programs, charity drive and volunteer work students will gain empathy and a willingness to
assist those in need as well as develop leadership and teamwork skills while positively
influencing society. This mainly helps students to more focus on the awareness surround by them
. Additionally, community service fosters the development of critical life skills in pupils,
including problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. Students understand the importance
of cooperating to achieve a common objective when they work together to plan events such as
food donation drives, environmental cleanup campaigns or fundraising events. As students
assume responsibility, make choices and encourage their peers to make contributions to society,
these experiences help foster leadership traits.

Another key objective of the club is to raise awareness about social, environmental and
health-related issues. Through workshops, awareness campaigns and educational talks, students
will learn about important challenges affecting their community and the world. By spreading
knowledge and encouraging discussions the club aims to inspire positive change and responsible
citizenship among students. The organization wants to get students talking about important
topics through interactive events including debates, poster contests, and community service
projects. These programs enable students to become responsible, knowledgeable citizens in
addition to offering useful information. Furthermore, by engaging with external businesses and
individual students obtain real-world insights and practical solutions to address these difficulties

RULES AND REGULATIONS (DIANA)

background or opinions.
2.Active Participation – Members should actively participate in meetings, events, and volunteer
activities.
3.Commitment – Attend at least 70% of club activities to maintain membership.
4.Teamwork – Work together to plan and execute club projects efficiently.
5.Responsible Behavior – Uphold honesty, integrity, and responsibility in all club activities.
6.No Discrimination – The club is open to everyone; no form of discrimination will be tolerated.
7.Follow School Rules – Abide by all school policies while participating in club events.
8.Have Fun and Make a Difference! – Enjoy making a positive impact in the community.

VISION AND MISSION (KAILA)

3.1.1 vision statement

Our club is a big group of students who help others to make a good choice and engage
them to avoid the things such as drugs, alcoholism and medicines which affect their futures. Our
first steps is getting their hopes and making them more comfortable with us to find their all the
problems trying to explain them the importance of our club. Our first step is trying to be their
friends who really care about them and want them to be happy and healthy. The reason why we
choose this way is sometimes loneliness is main reason why people choose the bad things such
as drugs. Having some who always supporting them, always care about them, sharing the
opinion when they try something new and engage them when they feel down. That is what we
want to create a place where everyone belongs, and feel supported, and knows they’re not alone.
At the same time inspire the youngsters to make informed choices and engage in healthy
behaviors. Convey the importance of mental health and physical health. By trying together, we
can great a healthiest society and good youngsters who goanna changes our country. The main
purpose of our club is executing this all things with funniest way such as interesting activities.

3.1.2 Vision for Humanitarian and awareness club

All of this could increase awareness and it can improve their thinking skills. From these
interesting activities they will learn how to take their own decision without anyone’s help.
Engaging activities can teach students skills for recognizing and avoiding risky situations and
help them develop strategies to cope with peer pressure.

Our job and activities for help the students to who trying to avoid the harmful thing like
drugs Misuse of prescription medications, Alcohol abuse, Social and recreational activities and
risky behaviors. We all want u to say no to all these activities confidently in their future. Educate
our club members about the risks of taking drugs and substance abuse. We want them to lead a
better physical health by avoiding drugs and substances. It will help them to improve the better
relationship with family members and friends in schools. We want individuals to engage socially
and build meaningful and beautiful connection without the influence of substances.

3.1.5 Mission for drugs and substance abuse

Our club’s mission is providing the perfect place with harmony for students to do the
activities peacefully. It may help students can grab their attention and focus based on activities
provided. It’s can help them to improve their creative thinking, students thought will be more
positive and Its can help them to change their attitude to a better person.

A black shirt with white inscriptions was selected as the Humanitarian and Awareness Club
(HAC) dress code in order to foster an impactfully professional.

The club’s aims in humanitarian work are to stand together in unity, resilience, and strength,
which is why black was chosen.

White inscriptions allows the messages of advocacy and education to be clear and transparent to
others, which is why the club is aiming.

The combination of black and white improves visibility, logos and messages are clearly seen.

It resonates for a wide range of occasions and activities, which range from volunteer work and
even to awareness campaigns, due to its versatility and simplicity.

Activity 1

"Kindness Tree" – Good Deeds Challenge


Objective: Teach students the importance of kindness and helping others.

How to Conduct:
- Set up a "Kindness Tree" on a wall in the classroom.
- Give students small paper leaves where they write about a kind act they did (e.g., helping a
friend, sharing food).
- Attach the leaves to the tree, and reward students when it’s full.

Activity 2

"Be My Friend" – Anti-Bullying Role Play


Objective: Teach empathy and friendship skills.

How to Conduct:
- Divide students into small groups and assign simple bullying scenarios (e.g., a child feeling
lonely, someone being left out).
- Let them act out both negative and positive responses.
- Discuss the importance of being kind and standing up for friends.

Activity 3

"Helping Hands" – Community Cleanup Day


Objective: Encourage responsibility for the environment and teamwork.

How to Conduct:
- Organize a fun school clean-up day where students pick up litter in school areas (with gloves!).

"Little Givers" – Mini Charity Project


Objective: Teach students about helping those in need.

How to Conduct:
- Collect small donations like stationery, books, or toys from students.
- Pack them in decorated boxes with a "Handmade Thank You Card" from students.
- Donate the items to an orphanage or a children's hospital.

humanitarian and awareness clubs. The group teaches sympathy and sense to children and allows
them to have their interests out of class. The group allows students to communicate with one
another, improve social skills, and instill the culture of charity and awareness and connect to
interesting activities such as, for instance, community projects. The humanitarian and awareness
group is committed to fostering community involvement, social responsibility, and empathy. It
offers a conducive and safe environment where students can express themselves and be a
positive influence in society. The group deals with a variety of issues, such as environmental
awareness, compassion, and awareness.

in a team, and event organization skills. They play an essential part in future success at school
and the workplace. Individual development and socialization also are encouraged with the
humanitarian and awareness group. Students can form lasting friendships and feel a sense of
belonging in this open forum. Members experience tolerance and the worth of belonging and
knowing from social encounters with people from varying backgrounds. The activities of this
club help students develop and advance their interests and potential careers, as well as to express
themselves and build self-esteem. In summary, by offering the potential of individual growth and
social integration for students, awareness and humanitarian club is in the vanguard of pursuing
student learning experiences. Through the utilization of effective activities, leadership abilities,
and social connection, the club empowers students to change the world and prepares them for
future challenges. (HAC) membership provides children with the chance to learn, grow, and
contribute positively to the real world while also being able to feel that they belong.
