Manufacturing Procedure: COLD PROCESS
1.Prepare phases A and C.
2.Add B into A under low stirring.
• ACTIVE INGREDIENTS 3.When phases AB and C are homogeneous, add phase C into AB under medium stirring and increase to
the maximum during 10 minutes to emulsify (Rotor stator homogenizer).
4.Add slowly D into ABC to avoid foam.
5.Add phase E and adjust the pH at 5.2 ± 0.2 with citric acid.
