Activity Title: Discovering Myself: A Journey Through Adolescence

Instructions:

Write a brief introduction in your journal about what you think adolescence is and how it shapes who
you are. Include your thoughts on how it impacts your physical, emotional, social, and cognitive growth.
And answer the reflections given below.

Reflection Questions:

Respond to the following prompts in your journal. Be honest and thoughtful in your answers:

Physical Development:

"How have I noticed my body changing during adolescence? How do I feel about these changes?"

Emotional Development:

"What are the common emotions I experience, and how do I manage them? Have I become better at
understanding my feelings?"

Social Development:

"How have my relationships with family and friends evolved? What new challenges or opportunities
have arisen in my social life?"

Cognitive Development:

"How has my way of thinking changed? Do I feel more capable of making decisions or solving problems
now than before? Why or why not?"

Moral Development:
