Greetings of Peace and Development!

I am writing to express my sincere desire to apply for the Teacher II position in Kiblawan South
District, Division of Davao del Sur.

I am Charles Johann H. Canoy, a Teacher I at Tacub Elementary School, Kiblawan South


District. As a multigrade teacher handling two grade levels, I have developed strong adaptability
and innovative teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs. My experience in handling
learners from different age groups has strengthened my ability to create engaging, inclusive, and
effective learning experiences.

Being in the service for several years has deepened my passion for teaching, especially in
advocating inclusive education for learners from the Indigenous Peoples (IP) community. I
firmly believe that schools should serve as havens of hope and sanctuaries of dreams, ensuring
that every learner, regardless of background, has the opportunity to develop holistically and
become a productive citizen of our country.

Additionally, I serve as the Science and Mathematics Coordinator in our school, allowing me to
lead and organize subject-related activities. Through these responsibilities, I have gained
valuable experience in training learners for academic competitions, assisting colleagues in
instructional planning, and promoting excellence in curriculum implementation.
