7 In case successful tenderer is not liable to Normal Applicable to No No Not Allowed


be registered under CGST/GST/UTGST/SGST all bidders

Certificate only. MSE benefits will not be
admissible based on any other document.
However, traders/ authorized dealers will

for a quantity less than 50% of tendered
quantity will be considered unresponsive
and will be summarily rejected.
10 Time is the essence of contract. The Normal Applicable to No No Not Allowed
contract will be placed on severable all bidders
contract basis. The tenderer should note
that as Contract shall be entered into on
severable Contract basis only and therefore
the P.O. will also be issued on severable
contract basis where delivery of specific
units of material shall be completed within
each month or within specific period duly
taking into account our delivery
requirement.
11 As time is the essence of contract, the Normal Applicable to No No Not Allowed
tenderers are to note the Railways required all bidders
delivery schedule given in the tender
schedule and quote accordingly. Vague
delivery period or a very high delivery
period compared to Railway s specific
delivery period in the tender schedule may
be considered commercially unresponsive
and is liable to be ignored.

the bid document) particularly Para 2500
pertaining to "Code of Integrity,
Misdemeanor and Penalties". I/We hereby
certify that no other concerns or affiliates
(such as having common partner/director/
promoter/owner/holding company decision
control etc.) have participated in this tender
which can give rise to a conflict of interest
or fall under anti-competitive practices. We
understand that the offers of all such sister
concerns including ours are liable to be
rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS
terms and conditions. I/We, affirm that we
shall abide by the Code of Integrity in
general, with specific reference to conflict of
interest [Para 2502 (e)], anti competitive
practices [Para 2502(c)] and obligation to

3 a) I/We hereby declare that in quoting the Normal Applicable to No No Not Allowed
above price, we have taken into account the all bidders
full effect of Input Tax Credit available under
GST. We further agree to pass on any
financial gain/benefit as may become
available in future in respect of all the input
tax credit on the date of supply by way of
reduction in price and advise the purchaser
accordingly. We also undertake that we are
aware of the provisions of section 171 of the
CGST Act and consequences thereof if we
