What You'll do?


You’ll collaborate with the Business Development team and Engineering team to drive Account-Based demand
creation initiatives and uncover new opportunities. Your work will focus on identifying key prospects, engaging
through LinkedIn, and analyzing data to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Execute Account-Based Marketing and Ideal Customer Profiling strategies with the Business
Development team.

• Identify target companies and mine relevant contact information.

• Define the ideal customer profile for products and services.

• Reach out to potential prospects via LinkedIn/Emails/Calls.

• Research and identify sales opportunities, generating leads and targeting prospects.

• Provide daily activity reports and performance insights.

• Analyze and filter data to extract meaningful insights for business growth.

Requirements

• Comfortable making 80-100 calls daily, with cold calling as a core requirement.

• Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for professional networking and prospecting.

Phase 1: GET Program


Upon Onboarding, candidates will enter the GET (Graduate Engineering Trainee) Program. During this phase:

• Candidates must report to the office on their assigned Date of Joining (DOJ).
• The program will be onsite - Chennai.
• Candidates will be required to sign a thirty-six-month employment bond agreement at the start of the
GET program. This bond includes the 12 months of the GET program followed by 24 months in a
permanent position.
• For further details, refer to the GET Compensation and Phase 2 section.

GET Compensation
The compensation for the 1-year GET program will be structured as follows:

Period Stipend

1st Quarter (1-3Month) INR 8000 Per Month

2nd Quarter (4-6Month) INR 10,000 Per Month

3rd Quarter (7-9Month) INR 12,000 Per Month

4th Quarter (10-12Month) INR 15,000 Per Month

*The stipend increases will be based on performance evaluations conducted at the end of each quarter.

Phase 2: Post- GET Program


Upon successful completion of the GET program, should your performance meet the company’s expectation,
you shall be absorbed into the Business Development team as a Junior Executive-Business Development. Your
remuneration for Junior Executive-Business Development role shall be in the range between 2.4-4.5LPA.
