Bronze Ball Valve
TOP ENTRY BALL VALVE
The top entry supported design and unique seat retrac on technique gives the convenience of in-line repair or
replaces valve internal components without dismantling it from pipeline.
Its body adopts an integrated design, reducing leak points. Its seat design is available for either so or hard seal,
easy for maintenance. It has a top entry and on line maintenance func on.
Its most difference from common ball valve is that its maintenance can be made on pipeline and without
dismoun ng from the pipeline.
The back space seat structure is adopted for the seat and the rear por on of seat retainer is oblique angle to
prevent accumula on of impurity from affec ng back space of seat

HIGH TEMPERATURE METAL TO METAL SEALING BALL VALVE
Metal seated ball valve applies to tough applica on environments such as high temperature, high pressure,

FORGED STEEL METAL-METAL SEALING BALL VALVE
Compared with so seal ball valves, MVC metal-to-metal ball valves have wider working temperature and
medium range during working condi on, they have the features of reliable and safe sealing performance, long
service life, easy opera on and less pressure loss. They are mainly used in service of high temperature, high
pressure, severe corrosion and solid material containing services such as coal chemical, polysilicon and
vitriol/nitric acid industry
FULLY WELDED BALL VALVE
The body of valve are designed as fully-
welded structure, there are two
systema cally distributed ring type
welding joints, the minimum wall
thickness of these two joints are strictly
designed as per API 6D, ASME B16.34,
ASME SECTION VIII, which can
completely avoid any body leakage, and
withstand the stress from the pipeline.
REPLACEABLE STEM SEAL
The stem sealing of MVC valve can be
replaced even under the pipeline
maximum pressure. The modular design
enables us to provide various stem
sealing structures to meet your specific
requirements.

FORGET STEEL FLOATING BALL VALVE
MVC forged steel floa ng ball valves are designed in accordance with ISO17292 featuring 2 pc split body or 3 pc
split body, ideal for medium or high pressure services and wide temperature range (-196℃~500℃). It can
subs tute the small size trunnion mounted ball valves to save cost. MVC full range of forged steel floa ng ball
valves are fire safe test cer fied by Llody’s Register per API 607 and API 6FA.
CAST STEEL TRUNNION MOUNTED BALL VALVE
MVC trunnion mounted ball valves are designed in accordance with API 6D featuring 2 pc or 3 pc split body side
entry or top entry design with wide range of sealing material including PTFE, Peek, Devlon, Nylon etc. This series
of valves are op onal designed with double block and bleed or double piston type and can be used in working
temperature range -46℃~500℃. All valves are equipped with sealant injec on system for both stem and seats
to allow external interven on to prevent seat or stem leakage. The top entry ball valve can be used for in-line
maintenance services. MVC full range of trunnion mounted ball valves are fire safe test cer fied Register per API
607 and API 6FA.
