Mission: We strive to work together with the stakeholders to prepare student to become lifelong learners and responsible citizens ready to meet the challenges
of the future. We will create relevant learning opportunities for all our students that will help them develop the knowledge and character necessary to
succeed in a technologically advanced world.
Vision: The Riverview High School Inc. envisions a school that enriches and empowers 21 st century students so they could acquire, demonstrate, articulate
and value knowledge and skills that will support them, as life-long learners, to contribute to the technologically advanced world and practice the core
values of the school: respect, honesty, and social responsibility.
Goals & Objectives: In compliance with the objectives of the Department of Education, the RIVERVIEW HIGH SCHOOL, INC. abides with the objective of
the government that is:
1. to create an inclusive and safe environment for learning;
2. to continue general education started in Elementary and prepare the students for College;
3. to discover and enhance students’ creativity, intelligence and communication skills; and
4. to inculcate in them respect and professionalism in preparation for the world of work.

In this connection, we adopted the subjects prescribed by the Department of Education, the K12 Curriculum, Secondary Education Curriculum (SEC) and
the Basic Education Curriculum (BEC).
Aside from the academic subjects, the school also prescribes guidelines to emphasize norms of conduct expected of a responsible and ethical member of
society to maintain effective learning for our students.
Other aspects of our curriculum are taught alongside the regular, academic curriculum. This is the set of unwritten rules of behavior taught in school to
prepare the students for life.

CONTENT STANDARD: The learner demonstrates communicative competence through his/ her understanding of Afro-Asian Literature and other
texts types for a deeper appreciation of Philippine Culture and those of other countries.
PERFORMANCE The learner transfers learning by composing and delivering a persuasive speech based on a specific topic of interest
STANDARD: keeping in mind the proper and effective use of parallel structures and cohesive devices and appropriate prosodic features,
stance, and behavior.
