An Indian with a legal age can participate in this Direct Selling Business. Mandate to complete KYC of valid
PAN, ID Proof and Address Proof.

Creation of a user account / sign up is completely free, however every user is required to complete a
minimum purchase of 7500 BV (Business Volume) worth products to activate as Distributor.

To Sponsor second profit leg self ID should be active.

Every product / package offered by the company has predefined a BV which is common and the same
applicable for all the distributors.

All the sales BV from Activation sales and Repurchase sales are considered for all the incomes together.

A distributor requires complete KYC and to be an active distributor to sponsor and build his team.

A user who may not be interested in this business plan, he/she can continue as a Preferred customer to
buy products as a registered customer, BVs on these sales will be considered as Self BV of the sponsor.
However, a preferred customer can upgrade as Distributor by completing KYC anytime.

The new business plan allows you to open more than 2 in your frontline (wider)
and unlimited. No option to spill.

The Company offers own brand Blue Jay quality conscious Products. All the
products/ packages have MRP, DP and BV (Business Volume) defined against
every sale.

Against every sale, 50% BV and 100% bonus distribution.


Let’s understand the scope of these bonus earnings.

User activation they become ID (Independent Distributors) and


purchase will be on DP (Distributor Price). The DP is 20% lesser than
MRP. IDs buying products for self or retailing further have a marginal
gain of this 20% as Retail Bonus.
BVs from all the sales will be considered on the front legs wise, every pay cycle (Daily wise), the highest leg will be considered
as Power leg and remaining legs are Profit legs, independently matches with the power leg and the beauty of this business plan
is that the Distributor can avail Daily capping on each Profit leg independently

Every BV from the power leg can match the sales BV in Profit legs, for TSB from each profit requires a minimum of 25 BV.
A bonus of Minimum 20% Maximum 28% will be paid as illustrated in the table below and the capping for each leg per day is
3,00,000 BV or 2,00,000 BV.

Team Sales BV above the capping will be flushed, balance in the power leg will be carry forward to next day.
The active Distributors will get 25% (7500 BV) of Team sales Bonus by their own sponsored
Distributors as Team Mentor Bonus, in every daily closing. There is no capping on this income.

For example, a Distributor sponsored 5 directs, profits earned


60,000, 50,000, 40,000, 30,000 and 20,000respectively. The Mentor
bonus will be 25% on total 2,00,000 i.e.Rs.50,000.

If the Distributor is not active, this income will be flushed.

Eligibility Criteria: To get Team Mentor Bonus 37,500 BV


Matching is must and it should be maintained every month.
A 10% of Personal sales turnover in a calendar month will be paid to Ranks achievers, as per the table
mentioned above, the calculation & bonus distribution method will be differential basis among the
Ranks. Each Rank achiever should have the maintenance criteria fulfilled to get the bonus, otherwise
the bonus will be pass-on to immediate active Rank achiever in the line of sponsorship. There is no
capping on this income, and it will be paid once in a month.
Ranks are updated on a daily basis.

Qualification Criteria is one time to achieve the Rank, and Maintenance Criteria required to every
calendar month basis to avail Bonuses.

Ruby Distributor onwards, the qualification criteria required to have multiple profit legs, the TSB more
the mentioned % will not be considered for rank qualification.

For example, Ruby requires to have 12 lakhs BV TSB not more than 40% from one profit leg That
means an ID needs to have one power leg and minimum 3 profit legs having consideration of
maximum 4.80 lakhs BV, 4.80 lakhs BV and 2.40 lakhs BV respectively. Like wise remaining Ranks
also follows.

The Ratio of TSB in profit legs required in Qualification Criteria is continued for Maintenance Criteria
to remain Active and Avail bonuses.
The Ruby Distributor & above Rank achievers and maintained criteria on each calendar month basis will be
paid from 2% of the company sales BV turnover, equally among all the qualifiers. If a rank achiever fails to
maintain the criteria, that particular calendar month, Royalty Bonus will neither paid nor carry-forward.

The Diamond Distributor & above Rank achievers and maintained criteria on each calendar month basis will
be paid from 2% of the company Sales BV turnover, equally among all the qualifiers. If a rank achiever fails to
maintain the criteria, that particular calendar month, Royalty Bonus will neither paid nor carry- forward.

The Triple Diamond Distributor & above Rank achievers and maintained criteria on each calendar
month basis will be paid from 1% of the company sales BV turnover, equally among all the qualifiers.
a rank achiever fails to maintain the criteria, that particular calendar month, Royalty Bonus will neither
paid nor carry-forward.

The Crown Diamond Distributor & above Rank achievers and maintained criteria on each calendar
month basis will be paid from 1% of the company sales BV turnover, equally among all the qualifiers,
If a rank achiever fails to maintain the criteria, that particular calendar month, Royalty Bonus will
neither paid nor carry-forward.

Note: A Distributor ca available anyone highest level of Royalty Bonus in a calendar month.
1. Every ID must have completed KYC like Valid PAN, ID Proof and Address Proof.

2. Must have updated their Bank Account Details through User Profile to get paid bonuses from time to time.

3. An Individual can have one Distributor ID only, each PAN & Mobile number wise uniqueness is controlled by the software in order to maintain the
compliance.

4. All the bonuses are paid on a daily basis after the deduction of TDS as per the prevailing rules and Processing Charges as per the company from time
to time.

5. The gross bonus should be minimum of ₹ 300 to release the payment, otherwise it will be kept on hold.

6. IDs are recommended to get GSTIN, if their annual bonuses cross ₹ 20 lakhs as per the GST Rules. Otherwise, bonuses will be kept on hold until the
GSTIN is updated.

7. All the above bonuses offered by the company are based on stipulated provisions from the sales revenue. In case of any overage, the company
reserves the right to apply trimming as necessary and the decision of the company is full & final.

8. The company reserves the right to Upgrade / Update / Change / Modify / Edit / Delete / Add either a bonus or bonuses for the betterment of the
company and business at its sole discretion.

9. AIl the payment transactions must be through the bank only. IDs must make payment against product purchases through bank only and collect Invoice.
No cash transactions are allowed.

10. All the IDs are mandated to strictly follow the code of conduct, Policies & Procedures and rules defined by the company. This will help everyone in this
business to maintain a good environment in the business.

11. Non active ID will be deleted automatically 10th day after registration if not activated.

12. ID active Clause & Release of Bonuses.


❖ If an ID fails to maintain criteria as per each rank as mentioned above in a calendar month, the accrued bonuses will be release kept on hold till
further criteria are fulfilled maximum of one more calendar month.
❖ If an ID fails to maintain criteria consecutively two calendar months, the accrued bonuses will be flushed and further accrued will not be
considered to release.
❖ If an ID fails to maintain criteria for three calendar months, further accumulation of sales BV in every leg will not be considered.
❖ If an ID fails to maintain criteria for consecutive 6 months, ID will be eliminated by compression and downline will be attached to immediate active
upline as per line-of- sponsor.
