golf competition, where candidates were assigned specific roles to ensure the smooth running of
the event. The competition was structured around a set of modified rules, designed to provide an
engaging and organized experience for participants. With a total of four teams, each representing
a house, the teams consisted of 10 members—five males and five females—split between upper
and lower levels. The competition also included equipment guidelines, with each player
receiving four balls, and the teams were required to complete 40 putts.

The roles for the competition were crucial in making the event successful, including Team
Stewards responsible for team formation, Secretaries organizing event details, Scorers tracking
performance, First Aid Personnel ensuring medical support, Hospitality managing guest and
participant needs, Officials overseeing the competition, and Field Stewards maintaining the golf
course environment. This experience aimed to teach valuable lessons in teamwork,
responsibility, and event management, while promoting golf as an inclusive and exciting sport.

other. Working together under pressure, we learned how to overcome challenges and stay
focused when things didn’t go as planned. While we didn’t win, the experience provided
valuable insights that will help us improve in the future. Moving forward, we are determined to

Even though I wasn’t out on the course playing, our team came together and supported each
other in various ways. We communicated effectively, and I focused on accurately recording the
scores so that the team could concentrate on their game. I believe our teamwork, both on and off
the course, played a crucial role in making the experience successful. Each of us contributed in
different ways, but it was our collective effort that helped ensure everything ran smoothly and
that we stayed connected throughout the competition.

The way we supported one another was key to our overall experience. While the players
focused on their performance, I made sure the logistical side was taken care of, allowing them to
concentrate fully on the game. This collaboration helped us navigate through the challenges we
faced during the competition. It also taught me how important it is to have trust and
dependability within a team. In the end, our teamwork and clear communication made a
significant difference, and I’m proud of the role I played in making sure everything went as
smoothly as possible

experience boosted my confidence in handling high-pressure situations and reinforced the
importance of teamwork. Looking back, I’m proud of my contributions and the lessons learned.
