COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT
I, Princess Jasmin, 14 years old, a resident of Pearly
Shell, Brgy Dadiangas South, General Santos City, a
Supermodel of Victoria Secret, after having been duly sworn
to in accordance with the law do hereby dispose and state,
that:
1. This complaint-affidavit is being filed to charge Prince
Ali of Ababwa, Filipino, of legal age and a resident of
Ababwa, Purok Tinago, Brgy Dadiangas West, General
Santos City, of crime of Rape under Article 266 of the
Revised Penal Code, committed as follows:
a. On or about 7:30 in the morning of 13 th of February
2025 while walking in front of Sultan’s Palace at
Lion’s Beach (presently known as Queen tuna
park) Prince Ali of Ababwa, asked me to date him
this coming valentine’s day but I refused for the
reason of he will use Abu (his monkey) to be our
vehicle instead of magic carpet.
b. On or about 01:00 in the afternoon of 13 th of
February 2025, Prince Ali of Ababwa with his
counsel Atty. Joafar knocked on the Palace’s door

to formally and legally asked me to date Prince Ali
this coming valentine’s day, I refused again for the
same reason.
c. On or about 8:00 in the night of 13th of February
2025, Prince Ali of Ababwa using his Magic carpet,
forcefully and wilfully entered my chamber at
Princes’ Chamber 3, 19th floor, 4th tower, Sultan’s
Palace, Pearly Shell, Brgy Dadiangas South,
General Santos City.
d. Prince Ali, while in my chambers, used force to
have a carnal knowledge with me, due to my
tender age, I don’t have enough strength to resist
Prince Ali, He also threatened me to keep quiet or
else he will use the magic lamp to summon Genie
to destroy her father’s Sultanate.
e. Due to the circumstance, I gave my body without
resistance, he used his magic staff to penetrate
my vagina.
f. After he was done using my body, he jumped on
the same window he used to forcefully enter my
chamber.
2. It took me several days to overcome my fear;
3. Appalled by what happened, I went to the police station
6 to report the crime committed by Prince Ali against
my person. The police took my sworn statement; a copy
of which hereto attached as “Annex A”. Thereafter I was
Examined by their medico legal officer. A copy of
Medico-Legal is likewise hereto attached and made an
integral part of hereof as “Annex B”;
4. Yesterday, 19th of February 2025, however, I was
surprised to see Prince Ali riding his magic carpet along
General Santos Public Market Road, as I thought that
the police filed a formal complaint with the fiscal on my
behalf to their failure to do so, I am personally filing this
formal complaint.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, affiant signed this Affidavit on
this 20th day of February 2025 at AJD Sambuto Law office,
P.Acharon Boulevard, Brgy. Dadiangas West, General Santos

SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN TO before me in the City
of General Santos, this 20th day of February 2025 by the
above-named affiant who is personally known to the
undersigned Notary Public, who is the same person who
personally signed before me the foregoing Complain Affidavit
against Prince Ali of Ababwa and acknowledged and attested
that the contents thereof are true and correct; and that she
voluntarily executed the same.
