Internal September Update
1.The September 2023 update shows that the project is currently on schedule. There has been no change
to the forecast project completion date compared to last month. The primary critical is through NOB
Concrete Skelton backfilling works, Plumbing Embedded work, Heating Ventilating and Air
Conditioning Embedded works, Electrical under slab on grade, walls & columns, and slab. Besides, it
passes through metals works, and Building interior. Besides, it passes through PKG/ PCAC- Parking
Structure Building Interior. Then, it passes through SCAC/UTL- Service CAC/Utility concrete skeleton,
building interior. It also passes through SPX/WHE- Support Annex/ Warehouse building interior, MSGQ-
Marine Security Guard Quarter building interior, REC/ Cabana- Recreation/ Cabana concrete skeleton,
building interior, Commissioning and Close-out and Demobilization.

7. The near critical are those whose float (slack) is equal to one shift or less. These activities have a high
potential of becoming critical.
The near critical activity list follows this sequence:
It starts with some phase and building milestones, then it followed by some section F
Deliverables in Administration & General Requirements.
Then, it passes through some shop drawing submittals in NOB/Chancery- New Office Building,
REC/ Cabana- Recreation/ Cabana, which includes interiors, mechanical, and fire protection.
Then, it passes through submittals & Procurement of some Short Lead materials and Long Lead
materials in all facilities.
Then, it passes through construction of NOB/ Chancery- New Office Building’s concrete
skeleton’s backfilling works and concrete’s installation of Slab on Grade, walls & Columns, floor
slab and stairs & Landing. Besides, it includes Thermal & Moisture Protection, Plumbing works,
Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Electrical, Metals.
Besides, it includes building interior’s Metals, wood, Plastics and Composites, Thermal &
Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, SPECILATIES, Equipment, Furnishings, Conveying
Equipment, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Electrical,
Communication, Electronic Safety and Security and Industry Specific manufacturing Equipment.
Furthermore, it includes façade works masonry of External Perimeter of West, East, North and
South. It also includes courtyard Perimeter of west, east, north, and south elevation.
Besides, it also includes PKG/ PCAC- Parking Structure building interior’s Heating Ventilating
and Air Conditioning.
Then, it passes through SCAC/UTL- Service CAC/ Utility ‘s building Interior openings, finishes,
specialties, fire suppression, plumbing, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning, Electrical,
Transportation and Industry- Specific Manufacturing Equipment.
Then, it passes through SPX/WHE- support Annex/ Warehouse, MSGQ- Maine Security Guard
Quarter, REC/ Cabana- Recreation/ Cabana, CCAC- Consular Compound Access Control, and
MCAC- Main Compound Access Control ’s concrete Skelton, building interior and façade works.
Then, it passes through Interior and Exterior Arcade’s building parameter and walkway
coverings.
Then, it passes through Underground Utilities’ sanitary network, stormwater network, toilet
flushing water network, electrical network, communication network and TSS Network.
Then, it passes through external Walls’s perimeter anti-climb concrete wall, hard landscape’s
exterior work and soft landscape’s exterior work.
Finally, it passes through some commissioning, and closeout and demobilization activities.

MSGQ - Marine Security Guard Quarter: 68 days ahead of schedule, REC/ Cabana- Recreation/
Cabana: 40 days ahead of schedule, CCAC- Consular Compound Access Control: 40 days
ahead of schedule, MCAC- Main Compound Access Control: 52 days ahead of schedule,
Interior and Exterior Arcade: 7 days behind schedule, Underground utilities: 97 days ahead of
schedule, external walls: 104 days behind schedule, external stairs: 14 days ahead of schedule,
Hard Landscape: 15 days behind schedule ,and Soft landscape: 143 days ahead of schedule.
