APPLICATION AREAS
Fevicol 2000 L is a versatile product used for variety of packaging applications. It is recommended for laminated
and unlaminated surfaces. The product is designed especially for nozzle applicators for all types of folding box
carton pasting applications like side pasting, lock-bottom pasting, flap pasting, window pasting, liner attachment
etc. Fevicol 2000 L is ideally suited for high speed FFG machines for making corrugated boxes. It is also suitable for
Tray making, Envelope Making, Paper bags, Ice cream cones and many other diverse Packaging application.

High-Speed side pasting machines using Nozzle applicator. It has excellent performance on Laminated and
Varnished surfaces. It has very high green bond on high speed machines.
b) Benefits to Customer: Fevicol 2000L gives high coverage in addition to high bond strength on laminated and
aqua varnished surfaces. It has very high green bond for high speed machines and possess high heat resistance
properties. Fevicol 2000 L is approved by OEM and machine manufacturers for its performance and
machineability.
APPLICATION PROCESS
Fevicol 2000 L is recommended for high speed pasting machines using Nozzle applicators. The product can also be
used by Stencil, Wheel/Roller and CAM applicators.
COMPLIANCES: The ingredients used in Fevicol 2000 L meet the compositional requirements of US F&DA
regulation, Chapter 21, para. 175.105.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
The laminated surface should have good surface treatment level. The minimum surface treatment level should be
38 dyne/cm for good bonding. The surfaces to be bonded should be adequately compressed for good
performance. A plasma treater can be installed to enhance performance of finished product particularly for
METPET/PET/BOPP films. The board to be used should not possess very high COBB value to avoid high adhesive
absorption. For nozzle applicators, when not in use, grease should be applied on its tip to avoid drying. For long
halt, properly clean the system before restarting the operation.
PACKAGING INFORMATION
The product is available in packing of 50 kg.
STORAGE AND HANDLING
Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 15-30℃, prevent direct exposure to sunlight,
heat, dust and moisture. Protect from frost. Shut the containers properly after every use. Containers once opened
should be used on a first in, first out basis. Do NOT mix with other products as it can lead to incompatibility and
other related problems.
