2. For achieving GB1 Reward Amount in any month, Overall Target Achievement should be minimum 97%
for the same month & GB1 Target achievement should be 95% in subsequent month
3. For achieving GB2 Reward Amount in any month, Overall Target Achievement should be minimum
97% for the same month & GB2 Target achievement should be 95% in subsequent month
4. For achieving Core Brand Reward Amount in any month, Overall Target Achievement should be
minimum 97% for the same month & Core Brand Target achievement should be 95% in subsequent
month
5. For achieving Overall Achievement Reward Amount in any month, Overall Target Achievement should
be 95% in subsequent month
7. MVC Compliance (new method) for the month needs to be at least >= 80%
8. For employees who joined on or after 1st December 2024, MCR coverage and MVC compliance norms
will not be applicable for their month of joining and the subsequent month (2 months only)
10. For monthly incentive, the employee should be in the employment for minimum 15 days of that month
• Calculations for MCR coverage and MVC compliance (new method) are as follows:
• MCR coverage = Number of Doctors visited at least once / Total number of doctors in MCR
• MVC compliance (new method) = (Number of V1 doctors with at least 1 visit + Number of V2
doctors with at least 2 visits + Number of V3 doctors with at least 3 visits + Number of V4
doctors with at least 4 visits) / Total number of doctors in MCR
2. If 18th of the month is a holiday or Sunday, then the next decided day by the management will be
considered for Milestone incentive

MAKE UP INCENTIVE
• Make up incentive will be calculated the same way as per quarterly incentive, considering overall
achievement = 100% for the non-performing quarter
• However, for the purpose of consistency incentive, the quarter considered for Make up incentive will
continue to be counted as non-performing quarter
• In case GB1 incentive, GB2 incentive and/or Core Brand incentive has been awarded for the quarterly
rewards (for the quarter under consideration), the same component will not be considered for make up
incentive
• Make up incentive can be applied only for one quarter in the entire year (except October – December
quarter)
• Employees joining the company after 15th February 2025 are not eligible for make up incentive

• This incentive is applicable only for new joiners who have joined Zydus on or after 1 January 2025
• New joiners are eligible for either monthly (cumulative for the first 3 months) or new joiner incentive for
the first 3 months after joining (including the month of joining). In case the new joiner incentive is higher,
the difference in incentive amount will be paid along with the incentive for 3rd month after joining
• This incentive is not applicable for HQ with 4 or more person (irrespective of the number of new persons
and number of vacant chairs)
• New joiner will be eligible for quarterly incentive, provided they meet the required eligibility criteria
• Base PCPM = Average PCPM of 3 months prior to joining HQ (excluding month of Joining)

ELIGIBILTIY CRITERIA
1. This incentive is applicable only if positive rupee wise growth (at overall level) over corresponding
period of pervious year is achieved
2. Outstanding >30 days shall be deducted from the sales to derive at reward performance eligibility.
This is applicable for Quarterly incentive only
3. The Maximum reward/incentive earnings for the calendar year 2025 with all types of schemes like
rupee wise monthly, rupee wise quarterly, rupee wise consistency, rupee wise annually, rupee wise
make up, rupee wise new joiner, all types of product wise reward/incentives, all other types of
incentive/reward/award schemes is Rs. 12,00,000/- (Twelve Lakhs only)
5. Institutional sales generated from Rate contract/ Tender sales (discounted/ special prices) from
Centralized institution purchase (e.g. ESI, Armed forces, Railways) will not be considered for incentive
calculations
6. For returned goods, expired or goods with <3 months shelf life will attract deduction 2 times of value
7. For returned goods, goods with 3-6 months shelf life will attract deduction 1.5 times of value
8. Loss of sales due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason shall not be considered for
incentives (In that case pending orders will not be considered)
9. Only Budgeted products of 2025 will be considered for all Incentive calculations
10. In case of quarterly incentive calculation, the employee should be in the employment for minimum 45
days of that quarter
11. At the time of reward disbursement, the employee must be employed in Zydus Healthcare Ltd.
12. Management holds the right to withdraw, modify, change this Reward scheme, as it deems fit at any
point of time without giving any prior notice
13. Incentive amount will be subject to Income Tax deduction as per rules
14. In case employee getting transferred/promoted during the quarter/year, reward will be calculated
separately for both the territories on pro rata basis
15. Consideration of monetary rewards will be solely at the discretion of the management, and no one
shall have the right to claim the same
17. Cluster/ SBU Head decision will be final in case of any disputes & queries
