About the Role:

As a Category Manager for the Native team, you will play a pivotal role in scaling the category
by developing and executing comprehensive business strategies. You will own category
performance, oversee business planning, and drive initiatives to meet growth targets.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to optimize
processes, improve service quality, and deliver an unparalleled customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Business Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement category growth strategies,
aligning with overall business goals. Identify and execute key initiatives to enhance
customer acquisition and retention.
● Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the
category, including revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, and service partner
efficiency.
● Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer
preferences, and competitive insights. Use data-driven analysis to inform
decision-making.
● Service Partner Enablement: Collaborate with the operations team to onboard, train,
and empower service partners to deliver high-quality services.
● Product & Process Optimization: Work with product and tech teams to streamline
processes, improve the service delivery experience, and address operational
bottlenecks.
● Customer Experience: Champion customer satisfaction by addressing feedback,
ensuring service quality, and resolving escalations effectively.
● Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Partner with marketing, operations, and
finance teams to drive initiatives and meet category objectives.

What are we looking for::

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.


● 3-6 years of experience in category management, business strategy, or similar roles,
ideally in e-commerce, FMCG, or a service-based industry.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make
strategic recommendations.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive outcomes.
● Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
