Rules :
1. Eligibility: Undergraduate MBBS students and interns are
allowed to participate.
2. Submissions must be original research studies showcasing
innovative findings and methodologies.
3. Participation is allowed individually or in teams of two.
Intercollegiate teams are not allowed.
4. All team members must register individually for a plan that
includes the respective event.
5. Only one member from the team needs to submit the
abstract on behalf of the team.
6. The same abstract cannot be submitted for more than one
scientific event (case/paper/poster presentation).
7. The scientific committee will choose abstracts following an
extensive evaluation.
8. The abstract must be the author's original work, with less
than 10% similarity index.
9. Abstracts that are submitted must not have been presented
in prior conferences.

submitting the registration form, applicants will receive
the poster presentation google form via email to submit

team.
No extension requests will be entertained.
The file should be named as follows:
Your college registration number followed by underscore
followed by the Affiliated Department, please refer to the
Field of Study document for the same.
For eg: 360306003_orthopedics will indicate your
registration ID with orthopedics as the Affiliated
Department and Surgery and Allied subjects as your
Category, please refer to the Field of Study Document for
the same.
You shall be notified via email upon the selection of your

QU Z
Med Quest (pre and para QUIZ) RULES :
1. The event is open to MBBS undergraduate students in 1st and 2nd
year only.
2. Team will comprise of 2 members. Intercollegiate teams are not
allowed.
3. All team members must register individually for a plan that includes
the respective event.
4. This quiz will include questions that address the core subjects of the
current 1st and 2nd year MBBS curriculum which include Anatomy,
Physiology, Biochemistry, Pathology, Pharmacology and
Microbiology.
5. The Letter of Nomination by the Head of the Institution/Dean is a
necessity for participation in the quiz.
6. Only one member from the team needs to submit the form for quiz.
Grand Quiz
The competition consists of two rounds.
Round 1: Written Quiz featuring objective questions open
to all registered participants, with tie-breaker HOTs. The
top five to six teams advance to the next round.
Round 2: The Ultimate Challenge, a high-stakes verbal
round featuring rigorous medical reasoning and analytical
challenges, where the ultimate champions of the MBBS
Grand Quiz will be crowned.

General instruction
The event is open to all undergraduate MBBS students and
interns.
No intercollegiate teams are allowed.
Each team must consist of 2 members.
Only one speaker is allowed per section of the debate.
Switching speakers mid-speech is not allowed.
The use of AI to prepare or generate speeches is strictly
prohibited, and if found out, the team will be disqualified.
Selected teams will be informed of the topics 1 weeks prior to
the event date, in order to allow ample time for preparation.
Selected teams have to submit nomination forms signed by
the head of the institution or dean.
The judge’s say on matters will be final.
A team may be asked to verify the source of any evidence in
an argument, and a team being disruptive on stage may have
marks deducted, time deducted from their time to speak, or be
disqualified from the event.
The Letter of Nomination by the Head of the Institution/Dean
is a necessity for presentation.
All team members must individually register for a plan that
includes the respective event.
Only one member needs to fill the google form for debate on

Dr. ARCHITH BOLOOR
If medicine had a playlist, Dr. Archith Boloor would be
the one composing the perfect rhythm. Additional
Professor of Medicine at Kasturba Medical College,
Mangalore. Dr. Archith Boloor is an award-winning
educator, prolific author, and renowned clinician. With
over 16 years of teaching experience, he has authored 18
books in medicine, including the Washington Manual of
Medical Therapeutics – South Asian Edition I and II, An
Insider’s Guide to Clinical Medicine (2 editions) and
Cases in Clinical Medicine, Exam preparatory Manual of
Medicine (4 editions) and the widely acclaimed ABC of
ECG.
His contributions to medical literature and research have
earned him multiple national and international
accolades. He has delivered over 34 lectures at
prestigious conferences and has 68 Scopus-indexed
