2. That our son has married with a girl named as MISS. NEELAM DEVI
D/O- SH. AMIN CHAND R/O- WARD NO-5 POST OFFICE GUGLEHAR
TEHSIL AMBALA BADHERA RAJPUTAN HIMACHAL PRADESH- 177208
with AADHAR bearing no- 2766 2998 1181 on dated 10.11.2024
3. That our son has married to above named girl with his own choice and
due to his ill behaviour and least responsibilities and care toward old
parents, he has been disowning from the family in all aspects of
civil/property/tangible/intangible goods and commodity on dated
29/10/2024.
4. That a MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING has been signed and
executes between both AVI NAGPAL S/O- SH. TIRATH SINGH NAGPAL
and MISS NEELAM DEVI D/O- SH. AMIN CHAND on dated 29/10/2024
for mutual consent and same has been under the knowledge of both
the parties of boycott and disowning of all the relations.
5. That a public declaration has also been declare by our counsel MR.
MANOJ KUMAR ADVOCATE, Enl. No-D/2896/2017 with Ch. No.- T-1E,
TEHSIL LANE TIS HAZARI COURT DELHI-110054 with mobile no-

6. That it is solemnly and hereby declare that we have cut/disown all our
relation with our son and he is no more a member of our family and it
is duly and solemnly declaring that he (AVI NAGPAL) is held responsible
for all of his civil/criminal/matrimonial/financial/economical
actions/acts in future.
