1) 5th PPC was Implemented in Salary w.e.f 01.08.2009 but it was Applicable retrospectively w.e.f 01.01.06
50% of Pay is Converted into DP w.e.f 01.04.04 to 31.07.09 on Old Pay in 4th PPC, Otherwise It was Paid till 31.12.05 after

implementing 5th PPC w.e.f. 01.01.2006
3) IR @ 5% OF (BP +DP) was applicable w.e.f 01.11.06 to 31.07.09 on Old Pay in 4th PPC
4) IR @ 5% OF BP was applicable w.e.f 01.01.17 to 30.06.21 on Old Pay in 5th PPC
