NOTE: This RPMS TOOL for SCHOOL HEADS was prepared for both Elementary and Secondary School. The PERFORMANCE
INDICATORS are generic hence it is applicable for all. However, the Means of Verification can be CONTEXTUALIZED
according to the implemented PPAs in their respective school.
