produce accurate grain sorting.
A 5400-pixel high resolution camera is used by
the Intelligent RGB color sorting machine, to
acquire and compare color images from the
selection feed. An intelligent picture processing
algorithm provides stable, simplified outline and
excellent consistency.
PRODUCT FEATURES:
◊ RGB Camera - RGB full color Tri-Chromatic CCD image acquisition system. 5400-pixel high
resolution camera identifying tiny defects up to 0.02 mm2
◊ AI based image processing algorithms enriches processing of data analysis, color, shape and
size parameter data
◊ The UHD Image capturing RGB camera plays a vital role in this product to identify a material
having 0.02mm2 diameters. This machine can identify and sort materials precisely and
improve sorting rate.
◊ It has programmable and maintenance free high power LED strips for illumination with bright,
accurate dimming and cold light source.
◊ Ultra-High definition (UHD) Display provides better resolution real time images helps to select
minute regions effectively.
◊ It has high stability, minimal air and power consumption intelligent, magnetic control solenoid
valve to work precise switching valves.
◊ It has wide channel view chute to increase sorting throughput and benefits customers on their
sorting time.
◊ It has high speed feeder system with 2 tons per chute capacity per hour.
◊ This machine has durable and accurate air filters to remove mist, oil, tiny particles etc, which
protects ejectors life.
