DOCUMENTATION
REFLECTIONS
“As a student, establishing a company or business is difficult
especially we didn’t have enough knowledge about it because we’re
HUMSS students. But this experience led me to a further
understanding about establishing a business. As you take your
chosen path, you will encounter many difficulties such as lack of
help/participation, tiredness, headache, and many more. But this is
all part of being a entrepreneur. Every experience will teach you a
lesson. Not everything will succeed or will go as you planned, so
keep on trying.” Sheryll Anne Lorraine F. Galang (Business Team
Leader)
“As a student who tried to create my own product to sell to
the students at Triala National High School, I learned that it's
very hard to earn money. We need to plan what product
students want and how to make it delicious and attractive.
We ended up making churros and named them
'Churrolicious.' There were many things that needed to be
done to make the churros delicious. Also, something
unexpected happened while we were making the churros:
the piping bag exploded, so we needed to think outside the
box. In the end, Lorraine thought we should shape them into
circles. So I helped Lorraine form the circles, but in the
morning, the dough became sticky, and the circular churros stuck together. We had to come
up with a second solution; luckily, Vida had a spoon to make the work easier. We used it to
shape the churros. Lorraine shaped them using the spoon, Billy fried them, I coated them,
and David and Romnick packaged the sauce and the product. I learned that we must think
quickly to avoid disaster” Ranier Jeremy A. Concepcion
“I learned in selling is that you have to create a business plan
first because creating a business plan helps you to know how
much do you have to spend in your product and how to know
your mark-up price in your product.” David C. Nebres
