Position: Trainee Engineer – Quality Assurance Dept. (From 23rd Oct 2019 to till date)
Work Experience:
Reporting to Manager – In-process Quality and have roles & responsibilities.
1. In-process control at CRGO Slitting/Cutting & PICC plant, Core building, CCA, VPD, Tanking, Final
Assembly & Dispatch.
2. Customer stage inspections at various stages as per Quality Plan.
3. Final Customer Inspections (Physical Dimension measurements, BOM verification, pressure test,
document verification, PRD/GOR/MOG operational test, Jacking/DP test, Paint thickness, paint shade,
adhesion test, Oil testing).
4. Measurement of ratio, polarity & vector group, Magnetic balance, Magnetizing current, PI, winding
resistance & Insulation resistance during CCA stage.
5. Preparations of compliance report with respect to FAT / Stage inspections.
6. Preparation of Quality Plan & Procedures.
7. Coordinating with third party labs for material testing.
8. Coordinating with calibration agency for Calibration of measuring instruments & test equipment’s.
9. Maintaining IMS documented information.
10. Control of non-conformities at in-process stage.
Position: Trainee Engineer – Quality Assurance Dept. (From 15th May 2017 to 23rd Oct 2019)

1. Incoming material inspection as per QAP and maintaining of records.
2. Maintaining traceability of components tagging of traceability with Accepted & Rejected tags.
3. Raising Non-conformance report and maintaining NCR index for easy analysis.
4. Conducting monthly NCR Review meeting for closing NCR, find root cause & corrective action
5. Testing of copper Tensile strength, Elongation, Hardness & Corner radius.

6. Testing of CRGO Specific core loss by SST & Epstein Test.
7. Testing of Current transformers ratio & polarity.
8. Functional testing of Marshaling box, Cooler control cabinet & RTCC panel

11. Supplier assessment and material inspections at supplier’s premises.
12. Maintaining documented information and Implementation of IMS.

Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Audisankara Institute of
Technology, Affiliated to JNTU Anantapur in the year of 2017 with first class distinction.
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Audisankara College of Eng. & Tech., state
board of technical education and training, Andhra Pradesh in the year of 2014 with first class
distinction.
