SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR RECLASSIFICATION OF TEACHING ITEM TO
TEACHER II AND TEACHER III POSITIONS IN ELEMENTARY AND JUNIOR HIGH

Elementary and Secondary Teachers
1. In reference to Regional Memorandum No. 981, s.2024. “Acceptance of
Application for Reclassification of Teaching and Tcaching-Related Positions
in Elementary and Junior lligh School’, the field is hereby informed that the
Schools Division Office will now accept submission of documents for
reclassification of item to Teacher Il and Teacher III positions in the
Elementary and Junior High School Level.
2. Alll teachers who meet the requirements below may apply for the evaluation
of Equivalent Record Form (ERF).
a. For Teacher Il - Bachelor's Degree for teachers at least:
+ 21 MA units
* 20 years teaching experience without MA units
b. For Teacher III - Bachelor's Degree for teachers at least:
‘* 20 years teaching experience plus 21 MA units
© 42 MA units
» Teaching Experience in Public: 3 years = 1 unit
> Teaching Experience in Private: 5 years = 1 unit
3. ‘Teacher applicant shall submit thru their school head or directly to the
Personnel Unit in the Division the documents listed below.
‘+ Equivalent Record Form (ERF) ~ 3 copies
+ Transcript of Records (Certified True Copy by the School
Registrar) — 1 copy
* Current Performance Rating (IPCRF Certified True Copy by
the School Ilead/Administrative Officer/ Records Officer) —

to give ample time to process the submitted documents since the deadline
for the submission to the Regional Office is on February 28, 2025.
