I love summer because I can go
swimming. My family visits the
beach, and we build sandcastles. I
eat ice cream and play with my
friends. It is my favorite time of the
year!

One of my favorite hobbies is

drawing. I like using bright colors to
make my pictures look beautiful.
Sometimes, I draw animals, and
other times, I sketch nature. I
practice every day because I want
to become better at it.
Technology has changed the way
we live. In the past, people wrote
letters to communicate, but now
we can send messages instantly.
We also use technology for
learning, entertainment, and even
shopping. While it makes life
easier, it is important to use it
wisely and not spend too much
time on screens.

Step-by-Step Visualisation

1. Prepare the Environment

 Find a quiet space with no distractions.

 Ask the child to sit comfortably with feet touching the floor.
 Speak slowly and gently, pausing between sentences to let them imagine.
 Encourage deep breaths to help them relax.

2. Start with Deep Breathing (1-2 min)

Say:
"Close your eyes and take a deep breath in… hold it… now slowly breathe out. Let’s do
this again. Breathe in… hold… and slowly breathe out. Imagine all the worries leaving
your body with each breath."

3. Begin the Visualization

Say:
"Now, imagine that you are a beautiful tree standing in a big, open field. Your roots go
deep into the earth, making you strong and steady. Feel your roots growing down into the
soil, holding you firmly in place."

"Your trunk is strong, like a superhero’s shield. No matter what happens around you, you
stand tall and confident."

"Your branches reach up high into the sky, stretching with joy. They are covered in green
leaves, and some even have colorful flowers. Birds love to sit on your branches because
they feel safe and happy with you."

4. Teach Emotional Strength

Say:
"One day, a strong wind blows. Whooosh! It shakes your branches. But do you fall? No!
You stay strong because your roots are deep. The wind is just passing by—it doesn’t
change who you are."

"Sometimes, little animals and children come to sit under your shade. They love your
kindness. They don’t care if you're the tallest tree or the first tree in the field. They love
you for who you are."

"Just like this tree, you are strong. Even if things don’t go your way, you don’t have to
get upset. You can stay calm, breathe, and know that you are still important and loved."

5. Create a Positive Affirmation

Say:
"Now, repeat after me: ‘I am strong like a tree. I am kind. I don’t need to be first to be
special. I am enough just as I am.’"
"Take one more deep breath in… and slowly breathe out. When you’re ready, gently open
your eyes."

6. Discuss the Experience

Ask:

 "How did you feel as the strong tree?"

 "What will you remember from this story when you feel upset?"
 "What did the tree teach you about handling small problems?"

7. Reinforce the Learning

 Draw a tree together and write the affirmation: "I am strong and kind like a
tree."
 Have him practice this visualization whenever he feels frustrated.

Reflection & Discussion (Optional - 5 min)

Ask gentle questions:

 "What did you feel during the

visualization?"
 "What does letting go of
negative thoughts feel like?"
 "Can you think of one person
you can try to be kinder to?"
Encourage them to draw their tree and write the affirmation:
✅ "I am strong like a tree. I can let go of negative thoughts.

I'm so proud of you! Your creativity and strong memory are amazing gifts. Let's use them
to help you feel happier and make more friends.

Visualization: "The Strong and Kind Tree"

1. Find a Quiet Spot: Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take a deep breath.
2. Imagine a Tree: Picture a tall, strong tree with deep roots and wide branches.
3. See Its Strength: This tree stands firm, no matter the weather.
4. Feel Its Kindness: Birds and animals find shelter in its branches.
5. Be the Tree: Imagine you are this tree—strong, kind, and welcoming.
6. Let Go of Negative Leaves: If a leaf represents a negative thought, see it gently
fall and be carried away by the wind.
7. Embrace Positive Leaves: New, green leaves grow, symbolizing positive
thoughts and feelings.
8. Repeat Affirmations: Say to yourself, "I am strong and kind. I let go of
negativity. I welcome new friends."
9. Open Your Eyes: Take a deep breath and return to the room, carrying the tree's
strength and kindness with you.

Using Your Creativity and Memory

 Create Stories: Use your imagination to write or draw stories about adventures
with friends.
 Remember Kindness: Recall times when someone was kind to you and how it
felt.
 Share Your Talents: Show your artwork or tell your stories to others; they'll
appreciate your creativity.
 Practice Positive Thoughts: Use your strong memory to remember and repeat
positive affirmations daily.

By embracing your strengths and the tree's qualities, you'll find it easier to let go of
negative thoughts, welcome new friends, and enjoy happier experiences.
