Sub: Work Order for “Supply and Installation of Centralized Gas Bank
with Manifold System and Maintenance Activities” for TROPHY,
Chennai.

Ref: Acceptance mail, Dated: 10.02.2023

We refer to the above and we are pleased to place this Work Order for
Supply and Installation of Centralized Gas Bank with Manifold System and
Maintenance Activities at Trophy Project for a value not exceeding Rs.
3,06,800/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Six Thousand and Eight Hundred Only) as
per attached approved rate and drawings and specifications in Annexure and as
per terms and conditions mentioned below including all taxes.

Scope of Work:

1. Co-odination with Architect / Consultants to finalize the routing


Condition.
2. Gas Bank Safety and design integration with available
technologies.
3. Installation process by adhering standards.
4. Oil Corporation Visits during installation and after sales service
requirements.
5. System Handling Contractual terms connected to
housing societies associations.
6. Pressure Drop Calculations at Required levels.
7. Preparing Safety customized safety manual and adequate
training will be given during post launch.

PRICE:

You shall be paid for the actual measurement carried out only as per
priced Bill of Quantities.
The rates mentioned shall remain valid and firm till the completion of
entire scope of work. No increase in rates shall be applicable due to any
increase / decrease in scope of work till entire period of the contract.

MODE OF MEASUREMENTS:
You shall be paid for the actual measurement carried out only as per
priced Bill of Quantities.

STORAGE:

A secure place will be provided for storage of your materials. However, we


take no responsibility for safeguarding the same and you shall take necessary
precautions for safety of the same. Lifestyle Housing and Infrastructure will not
be responsible in any way for loss/damage of your materials.

QA/QC Checks:

You have to do quality inspections of Acceptable standards and Norms and


good engineering practice followed by Lifestyle Housing and Infrastructure. If
any defects you have to rectify the same at your own cost.

Your Battery Limit / Work front Availability:

Please check availability of Work front in consultation with our Project Engineer
before starting works at site.

Other Agency Interface:

You shall be responsible for Inter Agency Interface with proper coordination
with other agencies.

TIME OF COMPLETION

You shall complete all the works within 1 weeks.


PAYMENT TERMS:

The bills shall be submitted by the contractor for based completion along
with Measurement sheets, check list and Reconciliation Statement for all
free supply of materials by client. RA Bills will be paid after certification by
Project In charge within 7 days from the date of submission of bills.
1. On Supply of Gas Bank System - 50 %
2. On Installation, Testing and Commissioning - 50%

RETENTION MONEY:

• 5 % of the bill value shall be deducted from each stage of


payment.
• 2.5% will be released along with final bill.
• Balance 2.5% will be released after completion of DLP (1 Year)
Other Terms & Conditions:

You shall be responsible for any acts and omissions of your employees.
1. To the fullest extent of the law you shall hold the Lifestyle Housing
and Infrastructure, harmless from all claims arising out of the
performance of the work, when such claims are:
a) Attribute to bodily injury or death, or injury to or destruction of tangible
property (not including the project itself) and;
b) Caused in whole or in part by a negligent act or omission of you and your
employees.
2. You shall be responsible for initiating, maintaining and supervising all
safety precautions and programs in connection with the work.
3. You shall promptly correct or repair any defective work whether
observed before or after substantial completion at no extra cost. Further
you shall correct any work found to be defective or non-conforming within
a period of one year from the date of completion of the contract at your
own expense.
4. You shall be responsible for fulfilling all statutory obligations such as
ESI/PF and workmen's compensation etc., in respect of your workers, and
Lifestyle Housing and Infrastructure will not be liable for the same.
5. You shall obtain and maintain the necessary insurance to protect
yourself from claims, which may arise out of your operations under this
contract and Lifestyle Housing and Infrastructure. will not be liable for
any such claims.
6. You hereby indemnify and agree to keep indemnified Lifestyle Housing
and Infrastructure from any claim, demand or litigation by any of your
workers or anybody claiming through you.
7. No child labour be engage in the site works
8. You shall correct any defect in your work at your cost.
9. Please ensure that the work is executed exactly as per sections
mentioned in Annexure-I and no extra claim would be entertained on
account of increase in thickness weights of sections.
10. The contractor has to show the materials and obtain approval from
Project Manager/Engineer-in-charge before commencement of work. It is
the responsibility of the Vendor to confirm/substantiate that he is using
only approved materials at any point of time
12. All movement of materials from and to the site - inward and Outward,
to be compulsorily intimated, verified and authenticated by Lifestyle
Housing and the reserve the right to reject defective materials and/or
inferior quality materials.
13. The contractor has to bring to the notice of Lifestyle Housing., If there
are any discrepancies in the work executed by other agencies, prior to
commencement of work by the contractor.
14. If the Quality of work executed is not in line with agreed terms, Lifestyle
Housing reserves the right to cancel the work-order at any point of time
without assigning any reasons.
15. Labour will not be allowed to stay inside the site.
16. GST at 18% will be given for the submitted bill amount.
17. TDS shall be deducted on your gross bill value as per rate specified by
the government from time to time.

Maintenance Details of the Contract

M/s. AGNI GAS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, (AGTPL) SHC- System Handling Contract to
undertake the Following Services.
a) SUPPLY MANAGEMENT OF CYLINDERS.
b) COLLECTION OF LPG USAGE CHARGES THROUGH METER.
c) LPG SERVICE TOWARDS INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMERS.

A) SUPPLY MANAGEMENT OF CYLINDERS.

1) The Status of cylinders in the gas bank will be checked on a regular basis to ensure
uninterrupted supply of LPG and proper functioning of the gas bank.
2) In case of discrepancy in the functioning of the Gas Bank, the association will be informed,
and appropriate measures will be taken by AGTPL. Repairs can be undertaken by AGTPL
staff, and the cost must be borne by the association, after the warranty period.
3) The association will be informed when cylinder booking is required. Payment for the
booking of cylinders must be given by the association immediately through cheque only.
The cheque must be made in the name of the concerned gas agency. To ensure
uninterrupted supply of LPG, there should not be any delay in issuing the cheque.
4) AGTPL is in no way responsible for the interruption of LPG supply, that occurs due to
various conditions such as delay in providing the association cheque, or unforeseen events
such as strikes, bandhs, etc. AGTPL will provide information regarding the cause for delay
and attempt to resolve the matter.
5) On delivery of cylinders to the site, they will be checked thoroughly for the weights,
(weighing scale to be provided by association), leaks, damages and subsequently
connected to the Manifold in the Gas Bank. The empty cylinders will be returned to the
agency simultaneously.

B) COLLECTION OF LPG USAGE CHARGES THROUGH METER.

6) AGTPL collection staff will make visits twice or thrice a month depending upon the no. of
flats. Flats which are locked during the first visit will be covered in subsequent visits in the
same month and if the door locks persist, they will be attended to only in the following
month. For the purpose of collection, AGTPL will print a card for each flat showing Flat no,
opening and closing reading, consumption, rate and the amount payable. AGTPL
Technician will also show the snapshot of the meter reading to the residents concerned.
7) Depending upon the usage of LPG (which will be determined through meter reading) each
resident must make the necessary payment in cash only or payment mode as per
association terms.
8) The Cash collections will be handed over to the authorized person nominated by the
association along with the details of Door no’s, Amount Collected and no. of final Door
Locks of the month on the same day, if not available, AGTPL will handover as per
instructions by association, only email communication is accepted.
9) Any malfunction in the working of meters must be brought by notice to AGTPL by the
residents. However, while taking the gas meter reading, the AGTPL staff will inform the
residents concerned the working status of the gas meter. In case the meter malfunction
,3-month average LPG usage will be charged to the residents. However, the association
call on the issue will be final as per instructions given by association will be taken into
consideration.
10) Nonpayment of dues will result in deactivation of the LPG connection. The decision of
severing the LPG connection lies in the hands of the association. Activation or deactivation
of the LPG connection will incur a cost which should be borne by the resident or
association.
11) AGTPL is not responsible for any mismatch that may occur in the input, output of LPG.
However, the details of the Input, output shall be given monthly in the form of excel sheet.
In case of major difference between input and output, AGTPL will help association to
locate the difference.
12) Monthly soft copy of collections and purchase of cylinder will be sent through e-mail.
C) LPG SERVICE TOWARDS INSTALLATION AND CUSTOMERS.

13) All leakage calls inside the apartment and at Gas Bank will be attended, unlimited calls
always. AGTPL agrees to issue 4 service slips per month, submitted along with bills.
14) Our concern is not liable for any occurrence or accident due to LPG. No law is applicable,
or no claim can be entertained due to any LPG related issues.
15) In case of Gas Leakage in the LPG reticulated system, AGTPL should be informed
immediately, so that the technician can visit, inspect, and rectify the leak. Any alteration
due to breakages are chargeable.
16) In case of leakage due to any external damage to the system like Corrosion of pipe,
breakages etc., reported by residents or AGTPL technical staff, the quotation to carry on
the work will be provided by AGTPL and the cost of replacement must be borne by the
association after warranty. However, such damages inside the flat shall be borne by the
residents (after warranty).

wrapping for buried pipeline. (Civil work like excavation and

scope. LPG reticulation connection charges will be given
after completion of work. The details will include cylinder

a)Supply Management of Cylinders.
