Abstract: Rural education faces challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, a
shortage of trained educators, and limited access to quality learning resources.
"Apni Padhai" is a technology-driven initiative aimed at addressing these challenges
by integrating modern web technologies, including Next.js, React.js, Clerk
authentication, and Apollo GraphQL with MongoDB. This system enhances digital
learning by improving accessibility, student engagement, and teacher efficiency
through a structured online learning environment. Pilot testing in rural schools has
demonstrated increased student participation and better educator support, though
challenges such as internet connectivity and digital literacy remain. The paper
explores the system architecture, implementation strategies, and overall impact of
"Apni Padhai," while also discussing future enhancements such as Extended Reality
(XR) for immersive education, offline accessibility, and scalable deployment. By
leveraging technology and community-driven initiatives, this platform aims to
bridge the digital divide and transform rural education, ensuring long-term
academic growth for underserved students.
