1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The sequence of works is built up after having much correspondence among all stake holders and
incorporating all the design changes till date. The construction sequence is being derived by the “delivery at
site dates” of Steel Structure Building supplied by Parissis and consequently drive the whole project.
Master Program (Baseline):
The baseline schedule (Master Program) is prepared based on the below milestones governing the completion
timeline of the project;
