Warranty for complete DG Set is 2 years / 5000 working hrs, whichever is earlier.
Cummins is offering additional warranty of 3 years on 5 critical engine
components like Crank Shaft/ Connecting Rod/ Cylinder head/ Cylinder block/ Cam
shaft.
Oil change period (Servicing) is after every 500 working hrs / 1 year, whichever is
earlier.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
FOR SUPPLY OF ELECTRIC GENERATING SET & ITS RELATED AUXILIARY SYSTEM
1. Price FOR Nasik
Prices Quoted are net and shall remain firm till supply of equipment. If order placed within the validity
period of this offer & materials accepted within the agreed delivery period.
2. IGST INCLUSIVE @ 18%
3. Freight & Transit Ins. Included upto your Nasik Site
4. Taxes In case any other taxes are applicable at the time of delivery, the same shall be to your account as
applicable
5. Payment terms 30% advance <along with IGSTor CSGT&SGST as Applicable> against PO
70% against Proforma <along with IGSTor CSGT& SGST as Applicable> before dispatch.
6. Delivery 2 – 3 weeks from the date of receipt of techno-commercially clear order & Full Payment.
7. Price Validity UPTO 15.06.2024 for the placement of order.
8. Warranty 1. Warranty for Engine/Alternator/Base/Fuel Tank/Acoustic shall be 30 Months from date of supply
OR 24 Months from the date of Commissioning OR 5000 Hrs of running whichever is “EARLIER”.
2. Control Panel shall be warranted for one year from the date of supply.
9. Special Clause 1. Customer to indicate their GST No.& Date in their Purchase Order.
2. If the delivery of the DG Set is not taken as per the order, then equipment may be diverted to other
customer and new delivery schedule will be mutually decided with the price implication as
required.
3. Cancellation charges : If purchase order is cancelled by the customer, cancellation Charges will be
applicable @ 2.5% of the basic order price.
4. Change in statutory levies, if any due to Government Notification, shall be to your account, against
submission of documentary evidence.
