LEASE/RENT AGREEMENT
This lease/rent agreement is made and executed here at Delhi, on
this 11th day of April, by and between:
Sh. Vinod Tanwar R/o H. No. 410,flat no 1,Aya Nagar New
Delhi-110047 [hereinafter called the LESSOR/OWNER (FIRST
PARTY)], which expression shall mean and include themselves,
their legal heirs, successors, legal representatives, administrators
executor, nominees and assigns etc.
IN FAVOUR OF
Sh. Satyaveer Singh S/o Late Sh. Kirpal singh , Originally R/o
H. No. 410, flat no, 14 Aya Nagar, New Delhi, 110047 [hereinafter
called as the LESSEE/TENANT (SECOND PARTY)] which expression
shall mean and include himself, his legal heirs, successors, legal
representatives, administrators, executor, nominees and assigns
etc.
WHEREAS the First Party is the lawful owner and in possession of
property bearing No. 410 Flat no 14 G-Block Aya Nagar , New
Delhi-110047 and has agreed to let out the same to the Second
Party and the Second Party is willing to take the same on rent @
Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees twelve thousand Only) per month.
Now this Rent Agreement Witnesseth as Under:
That the Lessee/Tenant will have to pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/-
(Rupees Twelve Thousand Only) as monthly rent, which does not
include Electricity and Water charges. The monthly rent shall be
payable in advance on or before 10th day of every month.
That the Lessee/Tenant shall pay a sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees
Twelve Thousand Only) as interest free security, which shall be
returned to the Lessee/Tenant by the Lessor/Owner at the time of
vacating the said premises after adjusting the dues such as rent,
water charges, electricity dues, apart from cost of damages, if
any.
That the Lessee /Tenant shall not sublease or sublet either the
entire or any part of the tenanted premises under any
circumstances without the prior consent of the Lessor/Owner.
That the Lessee/Tenant shall follow all the rules and regulations,
bye-laws by the local authorities in respect of the leased property
and will not get involved or do any illegal activities in the leased
premises.
That this lease/Rent agreement is granted for the period of 11
months starting from 11th day of April 2022 to 15th Day of May
2024 which can be extended further with the mutual consent of
both the parties.
That it is pertinent to mention here that the Lessee/Tenant has
been residing in the rented premises since January 2017 to till
date however, no rent agreement was executed between the
parties for the said period as the parties are well known to each
other since a long time.
That the Lessee/Tenant shall pay the water and electricity
charges on the basis of the consumption of the Lessor/Owner.
That the lessee/Tenant shall not be permitted to do any
Construction/Modification/Addition/Alteration in the rented
premises without the permission of the Lessor/Owner.
That the fitting and the fixtures in the rented premises are in
good condition and the Lessee/Tenant shall return the same to
the Lessor/Owner in the same condition except normal wear and
tear before vacating the premises and actual cost of the
damages, if any, shall be reimbursed by the Lessee/ Tenant to the
Lessor/Owner.
That the Lessee/Tenant will have to allow the Lessor/Owner or
their authorized agent to enter into rented premises for its
inspection or general checking or any repair work, if needed.
That the Lessee/ Tenant shall keep the premises neat and clean
and shall not involve in any activity that cause problem to the
neighbours.
That the Lessee/Tenant shall himself bear the cost of day to day
minor repairs.
That the Lessee/Tenant shall not involve in any illegal immoral
activity and will not keep any offensive, dangerous or explosive
articles in the premises.
That this lease/agreement can be revoked before the expiry of
this tenancy period by serving one month prior notice. It is further
agreed that Lessee/Tanent can minor alteration the premises with
mutual consent with the Lessee.
That both the parties have read and understood this agreement
and have agreed to sign the same with their own free will and
volition and without any fear, force, fraud or coercion from any
corner whatsoever.
If the Owner want his place will empty then he will give the notice
before 2 months of the given time.
IN WITNESSETH WHEREOF, the Lessor/Owner and the
Lessee/Tenant have hereunto/subscribed their signatures at New
Delhi in the presence of following witness:
